4 reviews for Howell Village Market
| dmschefke (34), Eastpointe, Michigan | | April 1, 2009 This is a nice place kind of in the middle of nowhere-ville in the beer world. Selection is pretty good and impressive for a grocery store/fruit market. Prices are a bit higher than the places I frequent though. Altogether though, its a pretty good place to get good beers for the area. | | hopdog (201), Lansdale, Pennsylvania | | January 2, 2009 Stopped by here on my way to visiting my Dad -he lives in Howell-. All I can say is this is a nice place to have on my way to visiting relative. Lots of bombers and 6 pack to choose from. I will be stopping by here again before I head back to PA for sure. | lucifer159 (1), Howell, Michigan does not count - explanation | | September 4, 2008 Howell Village MArket is the place to go for beer in Livingston County. the owner/operator really understands the beer scene. He has a true passion for beer and really shows it. If you happen to stop in there make sure and ask for Tim, just ask him what’s new, he’s always holding back special allocations for special customers who ask for them, his concern is i don’t want someone to purchase a heavily allocated product because the label is pretty he is a charactor, who isvery knowlegeable, and wants to educate. Check out Howell Village MArket even if your not going to buy anything, it’s fun just to look and tease yourself. | leeburg (3), Juneau, Alaska does not count - explanation | | August 25, 2008 Village Market has recently become the best selection of beer in the county, and I believe would be up there in the rankings of beer selection in all of Michigan. Ann Arbor has some great places to find beer, but I’ve found bottles I’ve seen nowhere else here. It’s pretty clear the owner has a passion for beer, evidenced by his selection and excitement to tell you about them. |
