I went on the brewery tour here a couple of weeks ago. Overall the building is fairly small and there isn’t much to it. The tour had great turnout, but was pretty short, with Jeff Williamson (head brewer/co-owner) talking about the company, how the beers were made and how he got started. He then opened it up to the crowd and answered questions. Samples were then poured for everyone, with 4 choices of their regulars being offered. Worth doing once, and could be really useful for someone interested in starting a brewpub/brewery of their own, but not the best tour I have been on. |
