jbrus | Nice little place in the centre of Den Bosch, not too far from the station (3 min). Quite a nice selection but mostly pretty standard available in Holland elsewhere, except for there own beers of course. Friendly staff, but not really knowledgable. Although it was a wednesday afternoon the place was packed and as it was not too cold outside all chairs were filled as well. Except 2 and those we took.

NoiZe | Nice old pub. A lot of beer-stuff as decoration. Nice selection of beers.

caesar | Good ambiance in this old ’brown’ cafe, although they only played 80s music, which suxx big time. People around here are usually around 40 years old, so that may explain it. Staff is younger, not everybody knows a thing about the beers they serve, which include some of their own brews, t Kolleke. Very nice selection of beers, not very rare beers, but the best of what belgium has to offer. Also, they had a very nice cheese platter.

Hunsell | It was a little bit hard to finf this bar in the middle of pretty Den Bosch (Hertogenbosch), but it was worth looking for. When we were there, carnaval just started, and the place was immensely crowded. I don’t know the situation in regular weekends, I guess it’s quite crowded then as well.
Cosy place, on the dark side, tables are close together, toilet is extremely narrow. Beerselection is OK, few surprises, but there seem to be a lot of good beers around here. Prices are very reasonable, and they have a nice selection of whisky’s as well.
Staff is friendly and though it was crowded, we were helped well. The food was good. Recommended.
