Went in for a quick drink after a business appointment in Rotterdam. Just a 5 minutes walk from Rotterdam CS. Several Pelgrim beers from tap, Westvleteren on the beer card. Reasonable prices. Service by ignorant but very friendly students. OK for a quick stop if you have an hour left in between trains.
