TikiE | I love this local brewery! All of these beers and tasty and unique, and you can find them almost everywhere in Sylva. Dieter and who ever else is working there are extremely nice and are very helpful when picking out the beer you want. They ever have root beer for the people who arent 21. The only thing I wish for this brewery is that it would make a higher alcohol beer, but in all its a great place that you should check out when your in the small town of Sylva!

Collint | Main Street Sylva. When you walk in, you will actually see the brewer and wife, most of the time. Dieter, the brewer is eager for you to try his beers and will talk to you as long as you want. They gave me a free beer glass for my birthday when I bought a 5 gallon keg of Middle World Brown. They supply most resturaunts locally, the beer is clean and refreshing, never gives me hang over becuase he dosn’t put shit in his beer. I wish they made higher alcohol beers, something like a double IPA or something. Overall its great place.

Jmichael | Small brewery, but that is what I like. You meet the owner and brewer slaving away, giving you tastings, and even ringing you up. They make other stuff too, and root beer for the kids. neat place, and fun visit in a nice small mountain town. neat to see.

tronraner | Very interesting hole in the wall brewery. It’s nice that the brewmaster works the taps and is more than ready to talk about his beers to anyone interested in them. Free samples of anything, and growlers for sale. The beer itself isn’t superior, but it’s a pretty cool place to stop if you find yourself in Sylva.

NachlamSie | This brewery is pretty bare with just the bare minimum necessary to make it an interesting stop for the beer enthusiast. The owner/operators are very nice and extremely helpful. They are eager to provide tastings and to talk about their beer and its availability. I bought a pint glass here and some of their root beer which is really tasty. They have top-of-the-line growlers with an airtight seal cap which run $39, but refills are only $7-8. I really enjoy the friendliness and the idea of having a little hometown brewery provide the beer for all the local restaurants downtown. Unfortunately, the beer itself leaves something to be desired.

| Bassy15 | This place is simply a local brewery. it is not a lounge or diner. Go in, buy a growler full of beer, maybe a keg and talk to Deeter.
