October 18, 2008 Gorgeous view of the majestic Willamette, especially when the weather permits outdoor seating. Tasty food typical of the McM’s, great burgers and of course you gotta get the tots. Also don’t dare pass up the Terminator Milkshake, beer and ice cream go so much better together than you’d ever guess! |

August 26, 2008 Location is excellent. The view of the river is beautuful. Bike/jogging trails run right next to restaurant making it a great place to stop on a pub ride. The food is always excellent although the menu is shrinking. Beers on tap are good and a few are always changing. McMenamins also has great mixed drinks for guests that dont like beer. Overall North Bank is one of my all time favorite restaurants. |

March 4, 2008 This place gets high marks because of its location, although the McMenamin brews do not hurt it. Come here some sunny day and watch the sunset on the glorious Willamette River. Enjoy a Terminator Stout with the big green bridge in the background. The food is good, as is most McMenamins stuff. |

December 9, 2007 Great location right of the Willamette River. Great place to enjoy a cold pint and watch the activity on the river. Pretty good selection for pub food. Service is not always the fastest but as long as they keep up with the beer orders it is all good. |

August 17, 2006 The atmosphere is the whole key here. The food is very good, though the service can leave something to be desired. The patio is the main draw (if you can find a parking spot), but I prefer to sit inside where it’s quiter. |

May 26, 2006 This place is great as far as ambiance as it sits right on the river, but as far as service and beers and food, do not expect too much. Great to relax though and take in the river. |

November 11, 2004 dropped in for lunch and a couple of pints some years ago on the way to Portland after the pleasures of California. Would love to retrace my steps. Memory of a good lunch upstairs if memory serves. Fair to good beers. |

November 9, 2004 In the spring and summer this is a great mcmenamins. You can sit on the patio and watch the ducks float by in the river. They have about 8 mcmenamins brews on tap, nothing special. Service and food is mcmenamins usual. |
