A former brewpub called Spencers. The new owners have re-vamped the place and fixed the brwery equipment that had fallen into disrepair from behind close for a long time. Although they have not offcially started making their own beer yet, the bartender assured me it would be up and running come spring. The bar area is kind of a dive, and has a bunch of regulars chain smoking cigarettes and drinking scotch. I had a Mt. Hoods Hogsback Stout and took off, I could not handle all the cigarette smoke. Food looked good though. Some good selection of German Beers in bottles and on draft. |
