My friends and I went to Pearly’s to check out an acoustic band on a Thursday night (now every Thursday night). The bar area’s impressive but comfortable; we poured into one of the leather booths. They have 20 rotating taps with big beer, micros, and everything in between. Prices range from $2-$9. $9 seems expensive for beer, especially in Easton, but it’s a full 16 ounces of good quality and a healthy A.B.V. -- no snifters here. I tried a Rock Art Helles Bock ($5), a PBR ($2), and Founder’s Breakfast Stout ($9) -- all were quality, even the PBR. Bartender was knowledgeable -- gave us samples and descriptions. Sliders were hot. Beer was cold. Music was good, loud, and free -- no cover. It’s good to know that a place like this exists in Easton.

Good option if your in easton, but not a travel to destination. I can’t be to harsh after only one meal, but the cook needs some work and so does the wait staff. In terms of the service, it was very slow the day that I went and it wasn’t that busy. I must say that our waitress was very pleasant though when we did see her. Anyway this is about the beer. 20 beers on their tap list and from what saw 11 were solid to very good micros. Bottle list is crap. When I was there (jan 18, 2009) they had founders breakfast stout on tap, southampton imperial porter, and a couple other really good choices. Good looking place too.

Why is this even in the database????? The food is good but the beer selection is almost like any other bar.

A nice setting, pricey place. I can usually find some good beers on tap. They are lacking in bottle selection and their draft prices are very pricey ($7 for most beers). Service is very good.
