October 9, 2008 It takes a while to get seated, but food comes out ridiculously fast. The sandwiches came out before the beer one time! That may have just been an anomaly.
Anyway, I’ve been to this place a half dozen times. The food is awesome, and it has good beer too. There are better places for better beer, but Iron Hill is a great place for a meal and a drink. |

September 1, 2008 This place didn’t do it for me. It seemed more like a diner that happened to make a couple of beers. Did the sampler, and didn’t really enjoy any of them. The waitress yapped her brains off, but wasn’t really helpful for all the yapping she did. I understand they make some private reserve stuff, and would keep an open mind when trying them in the future. |

November 18, 2007 I always seem to wind up here with my siblings when I come to SE PA to visit. (their choice). The on tap beer selection usually seems mediocre at best although the food can be ok. I’d never come here if I got to call the shot myself. |

April 1, 2007 Nice place with standard Iron Hill decor and a good selection of beers (this one and North Wales always seem to have a bit more). Food was good and service very prompt - my only real complaint about some Iron Hill’s (DE locations) is when they leave you with an empty glass for an extended period of time - didn’t happen here. My #2 favorite Iron Hill location behind North Wales. |

February 21, 2007 Had dinner here with my girfriend this past Sunday. There was a 25 minute wait for a table, so we ate at the bar. I started off with a Wee Heavy, which was delicious. We really enjoyed the food. Service was great. I wish their bottles were a bit less expensive; I’d love to have a few old ales in my fridge right now! |

December 13, 2006 It looked like it was built in an old barn. It was big and spacious to say the least. They have a great sampler even though I didn’t think all the beers were that great. No matter how many beers are on tap, the sampler is $6 and you get a sample of every beer. I was only expecting 6 since those are the regulars advertised but I got 8! Our waitress said sometimes they have 13 in at once! Great deal! I enjoyed my chicken sandwich too! Nice place. |

May 17, 2006 I can honestly say this place has the best food out of any brew pub I’ve ever been to. A must is the Pico De Gallo salsa and their Guacamole. Holy crap is that stuff good. Beers are always good and the service the same.
Their Bourbon Porter is by far my favorite beer to drink. |

March 2, 2006 Worth stopping by to get the sampler or try the Imp. Stout or APA......food looked good. We had a bucket of tasty fries with an awesome bleu cheese sauce. Nice almost "upscale" lunch spot. |

June 28, 2005 I’ve been to Iron Hill Media a few times and dining experiences have been below average. My last dinner visit was 06.27.05 and will be my last. Food service was spotty, had to repeat requests of napkins, more beer, etc to the waitress numerous times. The food is over priced and sub-par. Beer selection and quality is good. I’ll stick to just going there to drink and avoiding the $10 nachos, St. Louis Ribs that gave me nausea, and the Vietmanese Shrimp plate that was made by a chef who never been to a VN restaurant. |
