November 29, 2007 [ Updated December 4, 2007 ] A nice neighborhood restaurant/bar that has an excellent selection of beers on tap and an ever rotating selection of botles. The staff is very firendly and knowlegeable and the food is very good. Instead of the average pub far, Bridgids offers a nice selection of appetizers and entrees ranging from $10-$20. They often have beers there that i have never seen in any other bar in the city including the Val-Dieu Quad. |

May 18, 2007 Hard to find a spot to park, but once you get there it is worth it. Always a good selection of micros, and imports on tap and from the bottle. Service and food are excellent. |

December 5, 2006 Some of the best beer on tap in Philadelphia on my last visit including Lagunitas and Russian River. Comfortable and fun atmosphere. Reasonablly priced food that exceeds pub expectations. Exceptional service. One of the best things going in town currently. |

April 10, 2006 Great little non-smoking pub. Friendly crowd, pleasant very informed waitstaff. If you can find a place to park give it a try. Also have beer tastings occasionally on the second floor. |

January 29, 2006 small, cozy little bar off of fairmount ave. mostly bottle selection - though you will find the only gravity tap system (currently serving yards spruce ale) in the country. food was very good. some interesting belgian and other hard to find beers on the bottle list - and all of the bottles that we tried seemed fresh and not overly old. |

June 15, 2005 A nice cozy little place, with a good if small selection of Belgians. Some uncommon stuff you might not find at Monks. Excellent service by staff who both know beer and enjoy it. Pricey though! |

October 28, 2004 [ Updated November 3, 2004 ] This is one of my favorite Philly bars. Located by the Art Museum (near the old Prison). Great beer selection. Lots of Belgium beer on tap and bottle. Can get crowded and parking is a hassle (located in a neighborhood - row houses) but well worth seeking out. |
