Chipper (1), Red Lion, Pennsylvania does not count | | April 14, 2008 Great selection of micros and imports. Knowledgeable staff and decent pricing. What more can you ask for in a deer distributor in a small town in PA? | | BeerGestapo (12), Windsor, Pennsylvania | | April 3, 2008 [ Updated August 14, 2008 ] This Distributor is in my neck of the woods....lol. They have a Wonderful selection of Micro’s and a Yummy selection of Imports!!! So far Cape Horn is the best in Central Pa. Check them out !!! | moseslikesbeer (4), conestoga, Pennsylvania does not count | | February 18, 2008 at this place with afireinside96. I must say for the most part I do not like the PA Distributor laws and for the most part most distro’s (in the Lancaster area) don’t carry much of anything but big swill beers. this place was not the case. very good selection of Micro’s and I loved the imports. friendly staff and some odds and ends for the beer fan. | | afireinside96 (14), Mountville, Pennsylvania | | February 17, 2008 [ Updated August 14, 2008 ] possibly the best distributor for 50 miles. nice selection of micros and imports. nice prices & friendly staff. they have several taps used to give out free samples of new product. best of all the macro swill is relegated to a single small isle and feels like it is the afterthought, not the good beer. | | kmweaver (67), Takoma Park, Maryland | | November 25, 2007 Big case shop outside of York, PA. While the majority of the store is macros or less-than-stellar imports (minimal attention to Belgians or anything else, really), the U.S. micro aisle makes up for a lot of this: good selections from Founders, Southampton, Bell’s, Weyerbacher, DFH, Stone, etc. All the solid PA distribution seems to be covered, plus they had cases of Bell’s Expedition - Batch 7251 (over two years old!). A couple of very cool finds, as they don’t seem to cycle through some of their bigger beers quickly. Worth a stop. |
