I wanted to confirm for sure that no brewing was taking place here. Indeed, it’s all done now at UNICER, makers of Super Bock. Had a really nice time anyway. Found all the beers to be adequate, and a couple exceeded my expectations. Food was among the best I had in Lisbon. I tried to match up small glasses of their beers with appropriate starters, until I was well-nigh plowed and stuffed to the gills. The highlight for me was the weiss beer to wash down an awesome cod-and-potatoes cooked in cream sauce. This location is tucked into suburban wasteland, but the Jose Malhoa location is closer to the center. My server was great, and she happened to speak English.
