Big, high-ceilinged pub with an industrial brewery wrapped around it. Nice large windows looking out over a small wooded valley. There is a fairly sizable patio as well which was mighty inviting on the unseasonably warm day that we were here. Friendly service with a decent, pubby menu. Nothing on here is going to blow your mind, but it is a friendly place with serviceable, if not awesome, beer... exactly as an apres-ski place should be. I liked it in here.

visited the brewery after a snowboarding trip last january. the service was great and the sampler was a great value that allowed us to try the beers without leaving bombed! it was a great experience, especially after a week on the mountain. highly reccomend stopping by for some good beer and food if you’re in the area!

This brewery taproom is quite large; I was expecting an industrial tasting room, but the cozy pub and its wonderful terrace by the river is memorable. They are only open till 6pm (no one would want to come out here to spend the evening, I suppose), so a visit for lunch is a good idea. Although their beers are all very drinkable, I admit I’m not the biggest supporter of Long Trail beers. But their Double IPA on tap was simply wonderful. You can buy bottles to go too, in singles or six-packs. All in all, a quaint stopover if you are in the area.

I love vermont, and this is its epitome. The food service was okay, nothing crazy the same goes for the food itself. But the beer was orgasmic! I discovered the Ale before going there, but with all the different amazing flavors and styles offered, my palette was exploding out of excitiment.

Pretty cool place, with a really nice setting along a rocky stream/river. The food was ok and worked for a hungry luncher. The beer was so so though. The Double Bag was the best they had on tap and it was good. THe rest I could do without. Maybe the IPA would make a good drinker. With the right beer this place is a gold mine. Worth stopping in when up at Killington.

Wow this place has a big pub attached to it...I wasn’t expecting that. However, because of it’s size it loses a lot of ambiance and the service was lacking with all the people that were there. There wasn’t much beer available on tap, but, they did have bottles to go for the ones I wasn’t able to try. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about.

Can you say" Disneyland". Long Trail has a gold mine here, too bad good beer isn’t their priority anymore. Make no mistake this place is a tourist attraction that serves ok food and beer. Stop if your going by, but don’t make the trip just for the beer.

made a stop at this brewery quite a long time ago when I was skiing at K-Mart (AKA Kiillington). Nice property outside, the inside’s decor was no frills with picnic tables as seating. the food was ok, and their beers are average. As the RB’er before me said, don’t stop there unless you happen to be in the area. Definitely not worth a long trip. Oh yeah, their hours are terrible, think they close around 5 pm.

Their standard 6 beers are on tap and don’t expect any surprises or anything on cask. The food is good and you can sit on the outside patio by the river. Beware, THEY DON’T SELL GROWLERS. Why is that you may ask? The company line is that they got complaints from people that didnt drink the whole growler and it wasn’t fresh the next day. That may be the saddest excuse I have ever heard. Whatever, the beers are mediocre at best and if you’re not in the area, it is NOT worth the trip. Until these guys start brewing something worth drinking, they are officially on my shit list.
