| josarah | We stopped for a bite and a brew mid-afternoon, just missed the tour. Service was prompt and good, food was typical pub grub and the beer was very good. Hazed and Infused is a must. Worth the visit.

Dansting | Took a tour on a Thursday afternoon. We arrived for the 2 PM tour a little early and sat in their really nice beer garden. Before the tour started, they offered us a free pint to take on the tour with us. The tour was very detailed (in a good way) and the woman giving the tour was extremely cool and knowledgable. We even got to talk to the brewer who was the inventor of Hazed and Infused. The tour guide even poured us a pint of the Mojo before it had the final hops added to it, and it was pretty good (although not as good as the regular Mojo). At the end of the tour, we got pitchers of nine beers to try, and since there were only five of us on the tour (two of whom were driving), we had plenty to go around. They had a lot of merchandise for sale, and even had a Double Dry Hopped Hazed and Infused on tap, although they wouldn’t sell it in growlers. If you like Boulder’s hoppy beers, definitely make the trip and go on the tour if you can. It is well worth it.

Braudog | Visited 4/13/06. I LOVE these guys’ beers, normally. But aside from the faves, I was unimpressed here. The place is in an industrial park, but it was PACKED at the lunch hour we visited. The bartender knew his beers, knew his beer places and kept up with the pace. Worth another trip.

Ernest | Nice atmosphere, fairly spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating, and a much improved bar area from what they had several years ago. Food is fine (I’ve only had the veggie burrito, and it’s good but not as yummy as Mountain Sun’s). It’s fairly rare that they have anything unique available (i.e., that’s not bottled), and if there is, it’s usually just one. So I don’t visit often, and am not a big fan of their beers in general, but it’s a neat place. A lot of the staff seems to know precious little about the beers, oddly (both from discussions while visiting as well as when I call...seems I always have to work up the food chain a bit to get a definitive answer about things)...but they are usually polite and as helpful as they can be.

BeerandBlues2 | Outdoors heavy brewpub with decent food and a good selection of their brews including some rare seasonals. Shares a few brews with Rock Bottom but has some original recipes. Nice place to stop close to downtown, but sitting away from the crowds.

acrdz | The brewery and pub sits back in what looks like an industrial area... but the building is very nice. A few small rooms with high ceilings, and a very nice, but small, outdoor patio in the back. Food was decent enough, with a large green chili and black bean burrito that was shared between two people. Small bar inside, lots of wood paneling and a few TVs. Decent enough place, and they had great service.
