3/17/2007 8:38:00 PM, saturday, march 17, 2007 [ Updated wednesday, may 14, 2008 ] The new brewery. Grand Opening party was 1/27/07. Hours listed are the hours that the brewery is open to the public. A non-typical brew pub with non-typical beers. The folks who run it are all top notch. Hospitality is their strong suit. Come for the beer, stay for the company.
