March 3, 2009 they have a beer label in their menu that I ofcourse wanted to have but label was only decoration. Other beer was out of shelf. Well they have a stupendous selection with some great beers with a low price (for me) of 3-4 euros. The big mouthed waitress doesnt know much about beers and tend to forget your order, but shes glad to help and tries a lot. Very small place with the Guinnness world record of the biggest selection in the smallest place. Always FULL of loud but merry people. Great fun. |

July 12, 2008 Small quaint place a block or two off of the Bilbao subway stop. 11 draft lines & quite a bit of bottles. Tends to favor German & Belgian beers. Offered Te Deum which I nevered had heard off. Really filled up around six or so on a Saturday night. Beautiful cocktail waitress. Wish I took Spanish rather than French in high school. Best beer menu in Spain that Ive come across |

April 14, 2008 Incredible find in beer-poor Madrid. Along with Cafeke, these two bars present you with basically your only options for beer choice. I rate the selection so high mostly because in comparison, this bar does quite well, stocking German and good Canadian beers along with the normal Belgian array. Interesting tap selections as well, including a rotating beer of the week. Wonderful beer-drinker’s environment. The woman serving the beer knows her math, don’t doubt her. |

March 23, 2008 Very cozy little bar with a selection of about 200 beers. Can be a bit smoky during the late hours but the ambiance makes up for it. A must visit when you’re in Madrid! |

April 15, 2007 Great place, a beer oasis in Madrid. Convenient location, good, popular ambiance and lots of breweriana everywhere. About 120+ bottles and 11 taps, by far the best and widest selection in Madrid and maybe even the whole Spain. You wont find anything extraordinaire, but it´s up to par with any great beer bar. Food is saussages and cheeses, but very good and accesible prices. Will always check the place when in Madrid. |

January 27, 2007 Awsome place, cosy with a good bunch of older customers. The guy on the bar was very chatty (only spoke Spanish) so it was hard going! Service was excellent, we got free tapas and a free beer. Selection was very good, drank 3 beers on tap exclusive to the bar... as well as a cantillon gueuze, De Dolle oerbier, Schneider Aventinus and a couple of other high quality beers. Had proper glassware too. A must visit when in Madrid. |

April 15, 2005 Great place, the only bad thing is that there is not much to eat. There are no Spanish beers, because in Spain you can find Spanish beers anywhere. But they have the best selection of Belgian beers I’ve ever seen outside Belgium. The service is exceptional, almost familiar. I try to go there at least once a week. |

January 25, 2005 Superbly well stocked beer bar with friendly service. Offering many imported beers of highest quality. Sadly there is not too much good local beers to offer. |
