This place could almost be like any brewpub in any town in the USA, rather than being a Vegas brewpub. It is located in a standalone building at the corner of a strip shopping center. * They do have machines built into the bar, but otherwise this is a typical modern brewpub. Bar on the left and restaurant on the right. * They have a good range of beers including a standard double IPA and seasonals like a Belgian tripple. Great happy hour prices including on the seasonals and high gravs. Free beer while playing the games. * If you have a car, this is a good stop, especially coming back from Red Rock Canyon. But if you don’t have a car, just visit the downtown location where they have most of the beers available.

Really a pretty neat family friendly brewpub. Beers are above average and the food is downright tasty.

A second stop for me before heading to the airport, way west side of the city, quite a hike from the main attractions. Besides the location not being optimal, the beers weren’t all that either. Highly crowded and even noisy. No need to head out here when you have Triple 7 nearby the action.

The girlfriend and I were in Vegas for a wedding and I made sure we got to sneak in a few brewpub stops along the way. This was the first of 3. Ambiance was pleasant overall, and a pretty open space. Our server was exceptionally nice and very friendly. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza and some Filet Mignon Sliders both which I thought were quite good. The Beers were overall on the average to slightly below average side. We tried everything they had available and the Vanilla Blueberry Wheat was the favorite of both of ours. Prices were good overall, but the beers were all fairly thin and bland, with the exception of perhaps the aforementioned and another one or two. Overall, if its not out of the way, a nice place to try a few new beers and get some good food, but not beer that will blow you away or have you clammoring to go back for.

Best of the Vegas brewpubs in my opinion. It’s pretty small an nothing too special on the inside, but the beers were all great and the food was terrific (4 of us shared a bunch of appeys). The 9 beer sampler tray is a bargain! There was a single bartender/waitress running the whole show and she was awesome!

Ate in the restaurant. Had the 9 beer sampler in cool mini beer bugs. Thought that the stout smelled weird, tasted it and they had substituted root beer since they were out of stout!! Pizza was good. Staff and manager were friendly.

Visited here on a hot afternoon in early August 2006. Not as dark as some have said - they must have gone to the bar side - the restaurant is nice and well lit. Had six on tap - seem to rotate fairly regularly. They offer a 5 glass sampler. Food is typical brewpub fare - perhaps a notch above average. The Black Star Stout was their best offering when I was there. Beer is standard brewpub offering - no style stretchers here - but all ok.

The ambiance sucks! Middle of the day and it’s pitch black inside. The service however was excellent! The bartender was attentive and when she found outb I was beer touring she made sure one of the brewers came out to talk to me. They had 7 beers on tap and the brewer apoligized and said they usually have 2 more on tap. Worth visiting other than the black as night thing.

Decent beers...service sucks...about 9 beers on tap though...I don’t know what else to really say about this place...if you have time, go...but don’t try to squeeze it in by any means...

i have been to the forte apache location several time. sometimes unusual brews and interesting. decent deep pan pizza. cool looking brick building, big with upstairs and a good happy hour. gotta check out the downtown location. funny name for being in las vegas? worth a look re rate: i have been to the downtown location at the four queens several times now and find it quite old school vegas cool. pizza is good, if your a tourist do bother with the forte apache location, they got all the beers downtown and the girls will let you sample them all.
