5 reviews for Corner Cafe & Brewery
| glennmastrange (20), hobe sound, Florida | | August 27, 2009 I finally found this place, and it’s only seven miles from my house. The bar is tiny for sure, but there are tables right outside as long as the weather isn’t too foul. The beers that Matt brews here rank up there with other well established craft/micro brewers. There are plenty of tables in the the restaurant, and I hear the food is pretty good, but I haven’t had the chance to try anything yet. I’ll definitely re-rate this place after I drop in for a bite. | killedge (7), Miami, Florida does not count - explanation | | June 29, 2009 Corner Cafe & Brewery is a hidden gem in South Florida. The most consistently good beers through all of the beers they had of any brewery in South Florida. The food was excellent as well. This is a great place that needs to get more recognition. | | Beershine (261), Where Climate Suits My Clothes, Vietnam | | February 2, 2009 Interesting concept: a breakfast/lunch cafe located on a sunny corner spot in a strip mall. Nondescript. Is more of a casual cafe than a brewpub but has a small bar where about 7 can sit. Friendly and a refreshing change of pace from the bar scene. The beers are consistently good. The breakfast is good as well. | | Oakes (421), gone rambling, Vietnam | | January 16, 2009 Quiet little breakfast/lunch spot, but they are open til about 9pm most days. They’ve installed a brewery and produce a small range of fairly well-made brews. The breakfast is nice, too. Relaxed and very un-brewpub-like. | | hopscotch (152), Vero Beach, Florida | | January 12, 2009 A nice little place in a nice little beach town. It’s quaint, not at all fancy. The food is almost top notch, but not too spendy... for Jupiter, Florida, anyway. There is outdoor dining and drinking. One flatscreen television behind the very small, home-made-looking bar. The five beers on tap were crafted well and were mostly true to style. Nothing blew me away, but there were no evident flaws. A nice little place that’s very close to my place of employment. I’m looking forward to sampling much more of their food and beer. |
