extensive bottle list. narrow-style old-time pub with a selection favouring the belgians. tasty appetizers, limited menu. tends toward the pricey in comparison to other options in town. atmosphere is classic.

This place boasts an abundance of good beer both to drink and to go, I’m not sure how long it’s been around but it’s dimly lit and looks old so that gets points from me. The staff was very enthusiastic about everything they served and was more than happy to discuss the beer selection. The music was good and of course the prices were a little high, but you pay for what you get... I’m not complaining.

Dimly lit older looking bar with an upstairs (exposed stairway). Has an old time parlor feel. Tap selection seems a bit generic- standard Belgian offerings that are very accessible. The bottle list is extensive with some Cantillons and other sour stuff, but the prices are high. Seems like a decent stop for a Belgian brew, but don’t expect any rare gems.

Tends to get crowded at times but it still stands as one of my favorite places in Philly. I’ve never had their food but I’ve heard it’s quite good. I love the selection and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Cool place, but very pricey. Decent beer list, but as geeky as I am I couldn’t find much of anything on the list I hadn’t had. Nice staff and ok vibe, way too dark in their though its like a dark castle or something.

What a great place in a great neighborhood, so much to do, so much to eat and drink all on one street of one neighborhood. Eulogy has a real mom and pop earthy feel to it with the dated dark wood, dimly lit rooms and narrow staircases. I love that there is an upper and lower bar and dining area to choose from with multiple taps at both bars. The service in my experience was very good. The staff seems a little " to cool for school" but also very attentive, knowledgable and helpful. I think Chris was helping us that day and he was very patient with our large group ( 8 guys ) and had great suggestions for our individual likes toward the beer. Food was uniformally outstanding. Best mussels that I’ve ever had and I tried two different styles, both of the huge one pound serving but there’s also a two pound serving. Nice burger and very good fries with excellent sauces accompanying them. Value was excellent for what they offer. Go for lunch a really enjoy the space.

This place was very cool when we stopped in. Busy but not in an obnoxious way. Solid tap list and a nice bottle list as well with good prices. The place just feels comfortable... the sort of place you could spend a whole day in. The place is very narrow with a long bar down one side. There is a small seating area up front by the windows and a larger area upstairs. I agree with puzzl... if you only look around the pub you’d swear you were in Brussels.
