Pizza and beer available in store or delivery (even beer!). Growlers available with a limited but very hand picked selection of imports and quality locals and regionals. Sockeye’s trappist ale is always on tap at all flying pie locations.

The State street location has the best beers on tap usually and a wider selection of beers. Smaller store but friendlier feel and much better parking. I prefer this location out of all of them.

Best selection of beer at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Where else can you get Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout and Spaten Optimator on tap. The atmosphere is cool/laid back and the employees are great. The first time my wife and I went there, the girl behind the counter recommended some beers for us to taste, and they were spot on. My wife likes dark beers, and now she has a new favorite, Rasputin Imperial Stout. I stuck with a Spaten Octoberfest, but I enjoyed sampling a few of the other beers available on tap. She seemed very knowledgeable. When we asked what beers they had on tap, she listed them finishing with Coors and Bud, which she stated seem to be a requirement for any pizza place, but she wouldn’t let us order either one because she wouldn’t let anyone that she liked drink Bud or Coors :-).

One of my favorite places to visit in Boise. The staff is what makes Flying Pie rock! They have great service, know the pizza, know the beer, and make you feel at home. Beer selection is always solid (and is rotated well) and the pizza is great. If you want, they deliver pizza AND beer!!!

The Flying Pie on Fairview is WAY better. They even have better brews on tap in my opinion. Of course, the food is always great and the service friendly, but this Flying Pie is missing the wild and wooly ambiance that is always at Fairview. If you are visiting from out of town and you want to go to Flying Pie, go to the Fairview store.

*The* place in Boise to get beer and pizza. The pizza is one of the best in town (unfortunately, that’s not saying alot), and the beer selection is hard to beat anywhere. Worth the trip. (Try Guido’s for pizza, also)

Awesome pizza! They have some of the best pizza in Boise. The place is nice. No smoking, so you can enjoy your beers and food thoroughly. Usually have a fair selection of good beers. Sometimes you’ll find a surprise in a bottle (or keg) there as they some how get rarities that the bottle shops don’t. Great place!

This place is always a treat for beer lovers in Boise. Inside is very cozy and friendly, smoke-free of course with lots of beer signs. There’s not too much seating (especially at the bar - 4 seats) but they have a constant rotation of taps, most of which are either good seasonals, belgian specialties or german seasonals. Good selection of bottled beers too. Can be drank there, growler to go OR delivery! They also have the best pizza in boise bar none and it’s a good treat to go in on Tuesday’s for gormet night and for $5.99 you get all you can eat pizza that has no creative limit. (Try the Gyro pizza!) Another perk of this place is that they have a name of the day and if it’s your name, then you can go in and make yourself a free pizza! I really like this place, best of all worlds, I’m always happy walking out of here (especially with a growler of something tasty, usually Old Rasputin).
