Visited for lunch on Saturday, June 7th. I sat on the patio, which was nice - it faces the main Pedestrian walk way of the P&L District and allowed some excellent people watching. The interior restaurant seemed nice, modern brewpub style, wit a very large bar area. The service was quick and efficient, no complaints. The menu is larger than i remember GB menus being, and offers pretty much something for everyone. Burgers, Pizzas, Apps, Seafood, etc, etc. The Mahi-Mahi sandwich I had was fine. Nothing exceptional, but decently made and decently fresh. The beer was decent, and made for nice sipping on a great afternoon. Overall, a nice option in the P&L District.

My first visit to the new KCP&L District. Roughly 25 min. wait at 8:30pm on a Saturday, parking was a bit time-consuming but ultimately cheap ($2). Obviously caters to the ultra-hip KC nightlifer. The 2 beers I tried were fairly well-rendered, as was the dinner. A little expensive overall - beers are $5-$5.50 for .5 liter servings. Our service was pretty good. Worth a stop but not going to be a new regular place for me to visit.

Visited here with a few beer geek and non beer geek friends. It was a busy Friday night, so it was packed. They are obviously trying for an upscale look and the crowd was suitably well dressed. The beers, overall, were decent, but with no sense of adventure or daring. All were pedestrian with no obvious flaws. An ok place I would visit again if in the area, but probably more for the food than the beer.
