Really nice grocery store. Think Whole Food but way less corporate and higher quality goods. Wish they had a close like this by my house in Chicago. Back to the beer. While the selection is not huge it is loaded with high quality brews. Lots of local brews including KRE and Bells Oracle. Prices are not outragous but not cheap. Decent size single section. Stock boys stated they will have a glassware section starting November 11th which is nice because it is hard to find even a pint glass at most liquors stores in this area. They have a very nice selction but if your looking for high quality singles I think Cloverleaf is better. But if your looking for a wider selection of brews and a hell of a grocery store this is the place. Service was great as the bagger hooked me up with one of those "green" six pack tote bags for free. Awesome place overall. Not as nice a Bello Vino in Ann Arbor was but same type of store.

stopped by on a daytrip to MI. the rows are narrow and hard to navigate. selection was quite good and the staff were super helpful. seemed a bit pricey but i have no basis for compairison in MI. id happily return to this store.

I’ve only visited here once, but will surely be back due to it’s GIGANTIC beer selection, and better than average prices. This place has easily the best beer selection of any grocery store in metro Detroit, and I would even say it’s one of the best in the state. The market also looks great, and the people seemed quite friendly. I can’t wait to move to Ferndale, so I’ll be within biking distance of this great market!

Holiday Market is really a great grocery store. They not only have an amazing beer selection, but their wine and spirits selection is very good as well. As with their whole grocery store, the people who work in the beer and wine section are passionate about their jobs and are extremely helpful. I have shopped here many times, and will continue in the future. Now that I am getting more into beer I have just one more reason to shop at Holiday Market.

I like this place they do have a good selection for a grocery store, but the prices make me stay away. I can get the same beers other places a lot cheaper. I think they have higher prices because they cater to the hip crowd of royal oak that will spend more for something then they should.

This is a mainstay place for me recently. They have a great selection with fair prices. I have noticed a little issue with having one price for something and then coming back a few days later only to find it marked up. Overall though, one of the best selections anywhere in the metro Detroit area with a few rare beers now and then.

Great little market. Good selection of single 22oz. Staff isn’t really helpful or knowledgeable, but they have a wide variety of nice brews at a realy nice price. If you roll through Royal Oak, this is a must stop.

Holiday is a decent place to shop, but it’s by no means great. I live about a mile away and do quite a bit of shopping here. The selection is average along with the prices. Sometimes they’ll get stuff in and mark it cheaper than usual only to have it $3 more a few days later. The staff is what ruins this place: There’s the douche bag kid with the plugs, who admits to hording beer in the back office and being an all around dick to customers. The guy who recommends "the best scotch ale ever" to you even though he hasn’t tried any others(and it’s not good to begin with.) Once, he tried telling me to check out the same beer twice in one visit. They have a lot of great employees, sadly none of them work in the beer department. The Canton location is way better.

I have stopped here many times over the years, even before I was interested in craft beer, they have a nice cheese selection plus a great assortment of other items, for example butter. Beers are placed by type and brand along the shelf, there are coolers for cold beers, also, they have a nice wine and liquor selection to.

Very good selection at decent prices. I find many beers here that aren’t available at many stores. Great selection of many Michigan beers including Bells, and they also carry many varieties of Leininkugels.
