This is now one of my favorite pubs on the planet. In addition to having a great selection at reasonable prices, the friendliness and generosity of Manuele and his staff are unmatched. He truly is a great beer ambassador and I hope we can be as hospitable when he comes to the U.S. Just some of the beers I remember having: 2003 Oude Gueze (the best ever!), 2006 Lou Pepe Cantillon (draft), Affumicator ƙ.8% rauchbier draft- insane!), Nogne IPA draft, Bierrifico Imperial Pils draft. For my last beer Manuele served up an Italian barleywine that was as delicious as it was strong. This place is small and unpretentious, crammed with football and beer swag. Make this your fist stop in Rome, followed by Bir and Fud, then repeat again.

Have you ever been to Paradise? If not go and join "Ma che siete", perfectly coplemented by the restaurant across the road, "bir & fud". Italian B.I. - BiBock, TipoPils, Lambrate - Urtiga, Montegioco - Makke Stout and the best from allover the world (Alvinne, Cantillon, de Dolle - Arabier, Beck Affumicator, Moor JJJ IPA... 16 draught beers and an astonishing quantity of quality bottles. "Er Colonna" really enjoys pouring your serving, wih the right level of temperature and foam. And what about the external environent surrounding the bar? It is the most beautiful corner of "trastevere"! This is really the best place in the world to taste good beer and enjoy it!

this is probably the best place in the world. Crazy beer on tap (alvinne, cantillon, de dolle for example), fantastic staff, plus, Trastevere it’s fantastic. Good Job!

Relax a little, great place YES, but no the second best beer bar in the world and not the best in Rome. Excellent atmosphere and of cause worth a visit.

Great Place, Great Beers, Great Staff. A reason alone to come to Rome. I love the beer selection. It spells passion. I love it. Manuele you’ve got a jule in your hands, and you created it. One of the best in Europe.

The best pub of Italy. You won’t find a better better choice and better pubblican elsewhere... 16 draught beers, amazing choice of bottles, and a true "fusion" atmosphere from international guests to local "trastevere" people... best place before and after dinner!

Couldn’t ask for more. Right across from Bir & Fud another other great oasis with a ton of great drafts including Arabier and Cantillon. The staff was entertaining and extremely pleasant considering how busy the place was.

in the heart of Trastevere, one of the best italian pub I ever visited. really "latin" atmospheare and a great choice of beers

Well, simply a place where you sit, drink and feel at home. "It’s dirty, mean and mighty unclean". Why are we here? But there is not a better place to be.
