| alagnak (16), Littleton, Colorado | | November 27, 2009 Really nicely laid out - most of the joint is deducated to a really well-thought-out wine selection (though it’s a bit pricey compared to the larger places). Beer coolers are well-organized and everything is perfectly displayed, no holes, everything well-lit and facing forward. Staff is super-helpful without being intrusive. Though mainly focused on the vine, there sure seemed to be a lot of beer-heads here. Prices are a tick or two above the big places. Selection is well done. Not enormous, but not really a bad beer in the store. They had a couple of the new releases before I saw them (if at all) @ Lukas, Davidsons, et al. 15 minute detour for me on the way home, but will be a regular stop. | | fly (191), austin, Tejas, | | September 30, 2009 Nice people the day I was there that honestly seemed to want to help. Not the biggest shop, but for what it is, rather nice selection. Lost Abbey, Mikkeler, Bruery, Jolly Pumpkin and many other usual suspects. | | notalush (161), Denver, Colorado | | June 18, 2009 [ Updated September 12, 2009 ] Quite a nice store, in a quaint little neighborhood in NW Denver - one wall of coolers dedicated to beer, about 3/4 of which are craft products - a nice selection of Colorado brews, as well as California (RR, PP) and Pac NW brews - a small but well-selected cooler of imports - welcoming staff - relatively reasonable prices - definitely worth a stop for the beer hunter in Denver. | | ratman197 (104), Arvada, Colorado | | April 16, 2009 Well lit good looking store with a small but well thought out selection of beers. The staff is extremely helpful. A bit on the pricy side, but not too bad. | | NachlamSie (213), Tennessee | | February 27, 2009 I enjoyed my visits here. The selection is pretty extensive, focusing on Coloradoan beers. It has a sophisticated feel, but the prices seemed to be close to others in the area. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beer. | | ¾ (599), Colorado | | December 17, 2008 Fantastic store. Well designed, well lit, comfortable upscale ambiance, with prices surprisingly reasonable. Beer selection is not expansive but is very selective and particular, very good quality, you will likely find something new/rare/special when you visit. One of the better stores in Denver. | | soyorganic (18), Denver, Colorado | | July 30, 2008 Nice little place for the highlands area. Good but not phenomenal beer selection. Better than Argonaut and not even twice the size. The staff that has approached me while browsing the selection are helpful, knowledgeable and have given great recommendations. Some singles available and quality bomber selection. |
