| Alex420 (20), Rome, Italy | | November 9, 2009 This place is a joke!! an insult for the beer lover!! Extremely commercial selection of beer.
They have a list of 500 beers and actually only have 5 or so!!!!!
I hate this place!!!!
Staff is unpleasant, food is terrible.
What a joke! they should stick to wine!!
There isn’t a rate low enough. 1 is too much!! | | lada66 (46), Savonlinna, Finland | | June 2, 2009 I was a little disappointed about the beer selection. They had only three German beers on tap. Bottle beers they have more. On a nice day it´s a good place to have a one pint before the next place (23.5.2009). | | Rastacouere (475), Montréal, Quebec | | August 1, 2007 An absolutely fine-looking place where you are surrounded by wine bottles, but not for the beer geek despite the name. Absolutely disappointing experience where from the 10 beers I picked out from the menu, they had none, even the italian ones which were on an added page from the menu. So the selection is not what it looks like and the staff just was not too helpful, but communication was a problem. | | madsberg (35), Søborg, Denmark | | March 14, 2005 [ Updated March 18, 2005 ] This is a very nice place. In ground level theres an Enoteca with a few tables. In the very nice cellar is the main beerroom. Theres a beermenu with more than 500 beers. Unfortunately not all the beers in the card is available. I was there for 2 hours and 4 beers I asked for was not available. Thats a bit too much IMO. Anyway theres a lot of beers to be tasted, but its mainly wellknown belgians and germans. Beers from Le Baladin is available at 11,5€. They sell beers out of the house, and I luckily got the last Baladin Noel Chocolat for 30€ for me and the boys in Copenhagen. Staff isn’t too good in english. Food is excellent. Theres more than 100 cheeses and loads of sausage and ham to select. Goes very well with the beer. Place is highly recommended. |
