| beer4mencc1701 (15), Irving, Texas | | August 5, 2009 A wine store first & foremost, we pop in from time to time to see what may surprise us in their beer section. They have a rather large refridgerated section, plus additional items in the racks behind. Never know what new little gem they may have gotten in & the staff is very attentive-- more than happy to special-order anything you’d like. Not the biggest selection in the metroplex, mind you- but a decent enough variety for a smallish neighborhood store-- with a noticeable focus on craft beer. | | Tejas (16), Dallas, Texas | | May 8, 2009 certainly no s&K or mr g’s but their beer selection is better than average for a store that really sells a lot of wine. spirits selection is weak. chris is a good dude. | | blutt59 (51), Dallas, Texas | | July 1, 2008 Just expanded/remodeledwith a few more beers, found a Raison d’ Extra, really a wine store first but some decent choices | | Walt (185), Chicago, Illinois | | February 13, 2008 Huge liquor and fantastic wine selection...beer is probably the best in the neighborhood, but that isn’t saying lots... | | johndavidj99 (21), Township, Maine | | December 18, 2007 [ Updated February 14, 2008 ] The selection wasn’t that great buddy! Nothing I found impressed me. | | fly (190), austin, Tejas, | | October 31, 2006 when you’re surrounded by dryville, you better get it when you can. not bad. | cdwooley (1), Arlington, Texas does not count - explanation | | May 20, 2005 I had been buying my beer from Hall’s grocery and Central Market until one day I decided to check out this place. This place has an excellent selection of craft/ micros. Just to name a few of my favorites I’ve found there, Hercules IIPA, DFH60, DFH90, Dead guy, Arrogant bastard, a wide selection of belgians and many others. I haven’t been to any other beer stores since. |
