| BrewDad (188), Olympia, Washington | | July 23, 2007 This is a great new brew pub up in Park City. Packed was not the word it was jammed with people. Great food, the beer was the same as down in Salt Lake which is good. Loved the place it was so jammed I was surprised the serivce was going to be this good. Great times in Park City Utah. What a way to end my Great Utah Beer Trip 2007. | | JCW (86), Cincinnati, Ohio | | January 1, 2007 [ Updated August 23, 2008 ] This was the best brewpub that I could fined on my recent ski trip to Park City. Due to Utah laws the highest ABV beer on tap that they could serve was 4%. They had about 10 of them. They also had an IPA that was 6% which they had to serve out of a bottle at the dining area(they brewed it, but by law it couldn’t be on tap!. Wine and spirits(airplane size bottles) were served in the same area. Food looked good. Sample of 7 beers was only $4.50! Bartender was clueless about how the beer was made. |
