Very nice place with gourmet regional food and drink. Has selection of about 200 craft and foreign singles, didn’t look for anything else. Manager/owner, I think, was very helpful and pointed out that all singles were arranged geographically, starting with US East Coast, Midwest, West Coast, English and then German Selections.

This is one of the better beer stores I have been to in a long time!! Mark’s service is great! He remembered who I was after my first visit and has had several beers I haven’t been able to find here (including multiple 3L Stone Beers!!). Great West Coast selection. Also a great mead selection!! I love making the drive out to Berryville each Saturday for the tasting.

This is essentially Mark’s dream beer cellar, in which he clearly takes great pride, and his display is quite logical. My service was impeccable. As for the selection, I agree with his approach: concentrate on the beer you won’t find anywhere else. Knowing this ahead of time will focus your shopping experience and leave you with truly unique beers.

Finally getting around to rating from my stop by in November. Not the largest beer shop you will ever see, but they make good use of what space they have. Mainly singles are sold due to lack of space, but lots of imports and regional brews. The guy who runs the beer area (I think his name is Mark) is an incredibly nice guy that loves to talk beer and give any help he can about what they have in stock. The prices are a bit high, but I didn’t go to other shops in Virginia to know if they were any different than the norm for the area. It is a nice clean shop that is very quaint. They have a variety of regional food products as well. If you are in the area stop by, I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

Holy Cow! As soon as I stepped into this place I called my wife to tell her I had found the best store...EVER! Best selection of beer in Northern Virginia, in addition to local wines and gourmet foods and gifts. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, and as Hopscotch mentioned they have beer tastings every saturday.

Great little place. The selection has at least quadrupled since 2004. It’s not cheap, but Mark will go out of his way to order whatever you want. He even lets me use his desktop computer at times to take a look at Ratebeer to see what the ratings look like on any of his beers before I make a purchase. Beer & cheese tastings every weekend. They also sell arts and crafts, wine and double as a shipping/copy center, etc. Stop by if you’re in the area. Mark takes pride in his beer selection... as he should since Berryville is in the middle of nowhere!

Great beer store hiding behind a stationary/shipping front. The owner is a great guy and will work with you on getting what you want.
