Visited April 17 2006 for dinner with my mom and brother. Surprised to see this listed here, but then Charleston has few restaurants with a beer list any better, sadly, so I guess its worth a shot. They had the Palmetto beers (no porter though), Abita, Yuengling, and a few other micros/regionals in bottles, a few taps of crap; but the food is what’s worth coming for, awesome low country seafood, rich and heavy and decadent....the shrimp/sausage/grits plate I had was one of the best meals out of many good ones on this southern trip. Highly recommended for the food, and acceptable for the beer in this ale-poor town. Lovely patio with nice people-watching opportunities.
