| nolegirl (10), Florida | | December 29, 2009 Pretty Much the most amazing grocery store ever!! You can find anything you want including fresh breads, great beers, and things that are very unique to NY.... Webers Mustard, White Hots!! LOVE IT!! | | kasselrock (11), | | December 29, 2009 I LOVE AND MISS WEGMANS!!!!! I moved to Florida and need this diamond in the rough...esp with beer...they have two full isles compared to two shelfs down in florida! | | spkldhenlvr24 (28), Newburgh/Buffalo, New York | | September 18, 2009 I’m not sure about any other Wegmans locations in the Buffalo area but this one is great. Its awesome going to the beer section of a grocery store and seeing great beer other than the normal crap. Convenient location right near the Elmwood Village. As far food prices they are definately more expensive than other grocery stores, but the quality of everything is great. Especially with all the gourmet cheese, olives, meats. This isn’t a full blown beer store but they have great stuff and decent prices. It seems to be getting better by the day also. | | rudolf (68), Buffalo, New York | | July 28, 2009 Primarily a grocery store, but they’ve really upped their beer selection lately. The Amherst St. location has a huge selection, comparable with Consumers but without the really high end stuff. Prices are usually good but bottles may or may not be old/properly rotated. | | arventresca (24), Greenville, North Carolina | | July 25, 2009 Wegmans is the best grocery store in America. Beer selection wise there are better, but the sub shop at Wegmans just kicks ass. I have half a mind driving up to NY right now to get myself a sub for dinner. | | IPFreely (92), Lewiston, New York | | February 16, 2009 Wegmans is a grocery store chain based out of Rochester. A number of their stores have been beefing up their beer selection, and from what I’ve seen, this one currently leads the pack. This one also has a pretty convenient location being a just a couple minutes from Cole’s & Mister Goodbar. It’s actually an awesome grocery store chain with a lot of good quality products. Keep in mind that you won’t find any singles, except for the obvious ones like bombers and 750s. It’s a great stop if you actually need groceries, but not so much for the casual traveler coming through the area looking for a beer store | | Sammy (275), Toronto, Ontario | | January 16, 2009 Much lower prices near the Canadian border. Come here first. A few minutes from Cole’s and Mr. Goodbar, this welcome supermarket is a good place to stock up. 20% off what you would also find at Village or at Premiere. The other two Buffalo main stores may be more convenient from the border, but this is your last stop if you are anywhere near the Art Gallery, downtown, or Cole’s. Two expanding to three piled high colums of shelves. Few singles, but maybe that’s coming if we keep mentioning it. Wegmans is "getting it".
