| BMan1113VR (108), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas | | October 19, 2009 Small ordering area, large dinning area. Hole in the wall type of place. Very eclectic sausage meet selection (rattle snake anyone?), and really good food in general. Prices were a bit high, but solid overall. Decent beer selection, mostly german, with a few belgians as well. Good place for lunch if you are in the area. | | ajm (161), Los Angeles, California | | October 2, 2009 Great HUGE building in the arts district (maybe the most artistic part of the arts district actually) that is red-bricked and comfortable... like if hell had a beer hall. Food is flavorful, original, and an LA landmark in the making. Beer is primarily German, so not super sensational, but still complimentary and often new-to-you. I will be back over and over and over. |
