This place is has a really cool ’pub club’ atmosphere, similar to woody’s, but a little classier. The selection of beers and cigars is not quite as expansive as woody’s though, but still quite large by all respects. And it has most of the beer in a large walk in cooler. This place also has hooka rentals, which is pretty cool, but extremely expensive. 18 bucks for one bowl, and an extra $5 for each person you share it with! But if you live in brentwood, this is totally the place to buy your beer.

They did a nice job of giving this place an upscale ambiance. Keep in mind that I am an avid beer hunter, but I found the cigar selection far better than the beer selection. Don’t get me wrong, the beer selection is better than the average bar, but not extensive enough to make it worth my drive. Selection, presentation, and organization could use some slight improvement. I can get most of these beers at other stores in town- Sierra Nevada, Rogue, Yazoo, etc. This does not touch the selection of Midtown, Frugal MacDoogal, or JBarleycorn. However, if you want to quietly relax with a cigar and a craft beer, this place will do the job (much better than Woody’s in my opinion). The liquor store next door carries a few beers over 6% in case you want shop for high gravity beers.

I absolutely loved this place. Laws here require that only liquor stores carry anything over 6% so everything here is lower than that. However, the selection is really very good. Lots of regional selections such as BBC and even some local ones like Yazoo. Everything is available as a single or in a sixer and they have beer that is cold or room temperature. It is a little pricey but it makes it for it in atmosphere. Nice parlor to sit and watch TV while you drink and they also have a big cigar and pipe tobacco selection. This is a really neat place. I will definitely seek this place out again when I am in the area.

This is a real cool place (Check the website for pics). A real decent selection (of course it’s all under 6 percent because of TN laws), both in coolers or room temp. You can get singles, mix your own sixer, or get a straight sixer. It also has a parlor were you can sit and enjoy the beer you just bought. Very large cigar selection also. This place could be a candidate for a small Mid-TN gathering!

Neat little beer store. In Tennessee the beer stores have to be seperate from the wine and liquor stores. This beer store also sells cigars. In fact, the air hung heavy with a sweet tobacco aroma from the owner’s pips (very nice and I don’t normally like smoke). The beer section is towards the back with 7 or 8 coolers on the left full of individual beers (so you can make your own six-pack) as well as larger ones (like all of the Rogues), and cold six-packs. To the right is a wall of shelves with warm beer. There is also a small seperate room with tables and a tv where you can sit and enjoy the beers you just bought. An average selection with lots of local beers, as well as a lot of the more widely distributed beers. Neat place with a nice relaxing atmosphere.
