Totally average store in Knoxville, standard bottles, standard prices. Nothing to go out of the way for.

Nice because of it’s location - right near West Town Mall. The selecation was pretty much the usualy suspects- a few Rogue, a few Stone, a few Aventinus, a few DFH - but the guy working there was pretty coool and and enthusiastic.. And the beer was well displayed and easy to find, so points for that.

Again with the overall impression of Knoxville, its pretty slim pickins when it comes to high alcs. So while I found the selection to be pretty sparse, Im told its about average for the area. Granted, this place had just about everything that Bobs package store did. The clerk insisted that his selection was as good as anyone elses, but since I didnt make it to McScrooges, I couldnt really call him out on it. I was impressed that rather than sticking the beers in a back corner somewhere, they actually displayed their beers on a center aisle. Prices were a little above average.
