| fly (163), austin, Tejas, | | November 24, 2007 Went for pint glass deal w. cask Elissa. Been meaning to go here for a while. Nice, but not that exciting. Most entertainment was watching a mom that was probably my age put away three or four pints to my one. She was READY for thanksgiving. For the number of taps they have, it’s a pretty good selection. | | Walt (184), Chicago, Illinois | | August 2, 2005 Well I had aweful service and apparently Tuesday night is Tango night...no joke, accordian, violin, piano, and double bass playing music and about 2 dozen older folks tango-ing...interesting beer selection but not great...16 taps and nothing extraordinary but it was interesting that Chimay white is on tap...interesting spot if nothing else...I had the Flat Iron steak and it was pretty tasty... | | Humulone_Red (18), Vancouver, Washington | | July 24, 2005 Very nice place with a good beer selection and a nice but small menu. From burgers to gourmet dishes. Friendly staff as well. Check it out.

The draw for me is Pint night on Wednesday nights - order their featured beer that night (on 3/2 it was New Belgium 1554 and keep the glass - no limit!). Food is passable and the crowd is friendly and a bit more "yuppiesh" than the rest of Austin. Quick, cheerful service. Nice change of pace. |
