TizzleJizzle (8), Garland, Texas does not count | | September 29, 2008 Kegs and Barrels staff is dedicated to helping you in any and every way possible. Even if you walk in and keep to yourself, they will approach you and assist you if needed. Their selection is quite favorable and is always up to date with new beer and seasonal brews. The value is reasonable I don’t leave feeling like I could have paid less somewhere else. All in all, I would have to say that this place is awesome! | | AmEricanbrew (65), Swamp Shreveport, Left Coast, Louisiana | | June 11, 2008 Good beer selection for the Dallas area. They’re on top of all the new releases. Last week they picked up Blvd’s Smokestack brews. The store keep knows her beers. Nice place. | | BMan1113VR (65), Los Angeles (and Dallas, TX), California | | April 30, 2008 Pretty nice place, good selection for Texas. The lady working their knew her stuff. Biggish cider collection for Texas (more than Central Market at least). Good Sake selection for Dallas too. As far as beer, it was nice, plenty of Sysuphis.... I picked up NB Mighty Arrow (which the lady broke the mix pack to get it for me), Oskar Blues Dan Pale, Rouge Imperial Pilsner and there XS Barely Wine. | | Swalden_28 (20), McKinney, Texas | | April 23, 2008 Nice large beer store. Very good selection. People are nice and helpful, not sure about beer knowledge though, have enough to get them by. | | ilovedarkbeer (25), Dallas, Texas | | March 8, 2008 [ Updated April 22, 2008 ] Easy to get to location with lots of parking. Two of my 750 bottles were 20$ a piece (Hugh Malone and DFH Fort) which surprised me. I may swing by again next time I am in Plano. The selection is pretty good and has some different stuff than most other places in DFW and Plano, Most of the beer is kept out on shelfs and not in any sort of cooler. Staff knows a bit about beer. | | Walt (184), Chicago, Illinois | | February 13, 2008 Better sake selection than the one on Parker...also, a little bit better selection. Good old Texas type selection. | | mar (20), Dallas, Texas | | November 22, 2007 Great selection. Great prices and a very knowledgeable staff. What more could you want from a beer store? |
