We made our visit to this european oasis early in the evening when it was a very quite and relaxing place. The patron was very friendly and interested in his beers. Not a big selection but some good belgian imports and they were carefully served in their correct glasses. The visit gave renewed energy to get out again to the vietnamese restaurants with their lovely vietnamese food and good vietnamese lagers.

A long narrow room with a pooltable. The beerselection is, a few vietnamese (Huda, Dai Viet Bia Den) + Tiger + Belgians (Hoegaarden, Leffe Blond, Leffe Bruin, Duvel, Chimay Blue, Chimay Red) an last but not least Guinness (can 50cl). The imported beers are not cheap like lots of other things in Vietnam, fx. 80000 VND for Chimay Blue, 60000 VND for Duvel & Hoegaarden. But compaired to DK-prices... cheap !! Tonight they are playing some awfull dancemusic -> yesterday when we went by (didn’t go in) they played 60’s and 70’s rock -> that’s a lot better. Decoration in beerposters and Tintin pictures. There is food, we didn’t have any. "Right glases"

If you need a break from Vietnamese lagers and have a few hundred thousand dong to throw around, this is the place. Although it’s just the standard bottles available (Duvel, Hoegaarden, Leffe, Chimay etc), and the prices are western European, it’s nice to have the option. Also worth stopping by for the small local selection - they have Huda on tap and even my 10,000 dong Dai Viet (dunkel) came with a bowl of free tasty nut things - no snobbery here.
