One of the best neighbourhood beer joints in Seattle, the Latona is a great place to blow off an hour or four.

A great neighborhood pub, another one of Bob’s, a local brew-industry booster frequently offering beers brewed just for the pub. Loud on music nights, with an upstairs section I prefer to avoid. The kitchen is tiny-tiny, but they put out great food with their limited resources. Service gets dodgy at happy hour or on Brewers nights, but I expect this in any packed house. One of my favorite pubs.

Small, intimate just south of greenlake. Great local beer selection. Excelent food pairings. Live blues/jazz on the weekend. 7:00 on a friday, it was crowded, yet we walked right in and sat down for dinner. Highly reccomended

Rather small, high ceilinged with big, bright windows. Looks like it only sits about35-40 people at a small bar, a couple of booths and some small tables. Service was good and the selection was above average. I was surprised such a small place would have some many taps. I’ve heard food is really good, but didn’t try anything. It would be a great little neighborhood bar!

Located on a corner about 2 blocks from the southeast part of Green Lake, this place is relatively small, yet bright. 11 taps and 1 cask were present during my visit. I found the beers they had on tap to be very average. Service was good, though. I did not have any food at this stop. The kitchen is located at the end of the bar, which was interesting. Prices were decent. Bathrooms were pretty cool with chalkboards above the urinals for grafitti. An ok place, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to visit it again. A little overrated.

Good selection of beers, didn’t try the food. The service was considerably better for the locals, outsiders tend to be ignored.

A nice open, high-ceilinged neighborhood pub with a dozen or so local taps. The beer selection is reasonable but not nearly as good as the buzz would have it. Still, I sometimes find a new Washington micro that I’ve wanted to try. Nice comfortable atmosphere and a mellow neighborhood crowd; admittedly it was a bit noisy on a live jazz Friday night.

Came during a very busy friday night when they had live music and the upstairs roped off. Enough to say; it was freakin busy. Nice tap selection and a very "neighborhood" feel to the joint. I wish I could have spent a bit more time enjoying this place.

Definitely a cool, hanging out sort of bar. The laid back attitude reminds me of UK pubs. Lots of taps with a good selection of micros. Worth spending a day at.

One of my favourite places to drink in Seattle, the Latona is a laid-back beer joint with a hand-picked selection of local micros, including some brewpub stuff you don’t usually see. Nobody bothers you - just a quiet place to have some great beer. I go back a lot.
