NachlamSie | There are lots of six packs here, very limitied singles, and very restricted amount of bombres. Nothing crazy here, but it’s good to be thorough and make the 10 minute trip from the interstate on the return trip from visiting Discount Liquor in Milwaukee. (Discount Liquor is mandatory.)

notalush | A good place to shop for midwest micros when in the area - founders, new holland, bells, new glarus, etc. are all represented in abundance (though sometimes their prices seem a little high, even compared to Milwaukee stores) - occassionally, you will find a rare gem (I just found four packs of Founders Kentucky Breakfast there), but you will pay out the nose for it (the four packs were 16.50 a piece) - if you have the time to drive up to Milwaukee, go to Discount Liquor, but if you’re staying in or around Racine for some reason, this is an essential stop.

kmeves | Definitely the best place to buy beer in Racine. Large selection and friendly knowledgeable service.

Philip | I’m a Kenosha native, and as far as I know, this is the best place to purchase beer in the Racine area. Timer’s offers a good selection of European beers mixed with American micros. They have a well-stocked cooler in the back as well as a few shelves of Europeans. I picked up several 4-packs of Founder’s Breakfast Stout on my last visit, and I noticed a good number of WI microbreweries such as Capitol, New Glarus, South Shore, and Lakefront represented. Its worth a stop if you’re in the area, but its offerings are not as exetensive as Discount Liquors in Milwaukee. I’d shop here over any location in my hometown.
