“Located on the outskirts of Belgrado. Cool paintings on the walls outside. Large hall with benches, relaxing outside seating. Some smoking inside obv. but not too bad given how large the hall is. Food available. About a dozen Dogma beers available on tap which is top tier in Serbia. Good prices & even got some happy hour discount, brewery is nice quite large & shiny and visible through glass. Good & friendly service. Some bottles available for takeaway. About half of beers if not a bit more I didn’t spot elsewhere. Some TV’s but not distracting. Lovely wort smell, just all around great place to hang out.“

“2020 : Multiple rooms, vaguely labyrinthine, very busy, very popular & very close to the centre. 16 taps including a great selection of Serbian craft Dogma, Kabinet, Crow etc. Including one house beer & some uninteresting macro brands thrown in there. Slightly smoky by Belgrado standards even aka insanely smoke filled, I think it doesn’t even matter if you do or do not smoke in here. Somehow the servers find you & beer you, good beers, cash only. Skip the macro’s obviously & hit the local craft, best tap list in town I would say and top stop in Belgrado for me. Good prices.“

“2020 : Took me a bit to figure out where exactly this is. Parallel street to the major road artery up second floor to slightly dead building. Huge indoor slightly raw area with large square bar inside, accessible from many area. Large spacious balcony with rawer furniture. Located myself on the terrace. Cash only establishment. Twenty or so taps with some interesting Serbian micro’s. Picked up some nice IPA’s and even a Serbian kettle sour. Not all of the twenty or so taps too interesting for a visitor UK, DE beers etc. are more common offerings from larger craft breweries. Still some interesting stuff to be found on tap. Fair prices, bit of an odd place but overall something good is bound to be found here & I enjoyed the balcony. Plenty of expats here upon visit.“

“Die Brauerei ist recht weit ausserhalb der Innenstadt. Etwas abenteuerlich zu Fuss von der Tram 12…15 eigene taps, 5er Flight 600 RSD. Am Abend sehr voll und dunkel. Gibt gemütlichere Kneipen.“

“Possibly Belgrade's best bottle shop for pure craft beer lovers, though I did find craft beers scattered around the city's supermarkets as well. I asked to see their hyper local section and it was a small section overall of their store, and seemed heavily stocked with Dogma beers, which wasn't too helpful as their brewery is in town. Service was...Serbian, English speaking, perfectly functional. Plenty of other beers from around the region. If you're on Ratebeer and passing through Belgrade, this place should definitely be on your circuit.“

“Way out on the southern stretches of Belgrade, a nice vast indoor area with a few sports playing on some televisions. Flights were thankfully available which made ploughing through their 15 taps not too imposing. Food was good, and most beers were quite nice and well made. Though it's a bit of a trek to reach I found it to be certainly worthwhile to get down here.“

“All sorts of American alt rock on the music mix, I may as well be in Bellingham. Service was abrupt, no flights available, and they were especially stingy with the samples which makes it extraordinarily difficult to try their 27 taps. Beers were mostly average, food average. Maybe if you're living here you would be obliged to put up with this place but for the rest of us, there are many other better spots in town.“

“Buried in the midst of some kind of cocktail garden and arts and crafts market, way at the back, but a bona fide Serbian microbrewery is back there with 8 taps. The girl seemed surprised someone showed up asking for beer, but kicked in to action pretty quickly to coordinate a flight. Beers were hit and miss, with the dark lager surprisingly good. Costs were minimal being Serbia after all, and even as I was leaving at 5pm she seemed to be packing up for closing. A highly recommended stop along some kind of a Belgrade beer tour.“

“Not a bad basement style pub with an impressive wall of bottle caps. They have a good variety of craft beers on tap that are certainly affordable by western European standards and their menu leans heavily toward IPA variants. However there are two key problems with the place: one, slow service. It seems geared toward the younger crowd, which is fine, but when a place is empty and a thirsty middle aged guy shows up it's just good business to entertain him. Two, the cigarette smoke. Even when it was quiet, it was hard to smell the beer with all the smoke wafting around (and it made me wonder what we did back in the 80s, I've forgotten). This probably should be a mandatory stop on any beer lover's tour of Belgrade, but it's not the best stop in town.“

“Located inside a rather dodgy building, up some dark stairs before you enter this place. Nice Serbian beer selection, also some usual suspects from EU, we missed a beer menu,, and the people behind the bar was not so interested in our business, so we just had a few beer before we moved on. Great selection of beers, but the lack of service spoilt this place for me, perhaps we were unlucky?- Still a good place, your best bet is the tap selection“

“A pleasant surprise on the southern outskirts of Belgrade, a bit tricky to get there by public transport, so we used CarGo, worked great, no hassle at all. You are met by a big courtyard, industrial surroundings, some seating for the summer months. Inside it`s a big square room, long bar to the right, 12 beers on tap, lots of bottles as well, good rock on the speakers, what a great place. (Visited October 6th 2019 with Bryne)“

“Best place in Belgrade? Not in my opinion! Verified Untappd venue with 28 taps. Good Serbian selection, and the rest were from England, Scotland and Germany. The international ones were rather common beers and no dark or strong Serbian beers on tap. About 200 bottles and cans according to Untappd but we did not see a beer menu. The location is rather unattractive and inside it is more like a dim lit club. Nice area by the bar but staff seemed to totally uninterested. They (or he...) only wooke up and payed attention when we should pay our bill and were missing 20 dinars. I had a lot of banknotes but unfortunately most of them were of small denomination. Credit card? No way, this is also a cash only place. Crap! So, how much is 20 dinars? Well, a 30 cl draft beer costs about 250 dinars. Okay, I had to find an ATM outside. But hey! I was not allowed to leave before I deposited something of value in the bar! Holy crap, making such a fuzz for 20 dinars! Apparently a sucker at work this evening. This ruined my and our experience of Samo Pivo, sadly. Do I still recommend this bar? Yes, because of great selection of Serbian beers. (Visited October 6th 2019 with Gunnar)“

“A must visit brewery and Tap Room in the outskirts of Belgrade. We never considered walking out here, a long trek and crossing many main roads did not tempt us. But, there is a local app, Car:Go, a kind of Uber. Brilliant! Thanks to Gunnar who the technical supervisor during this beer trip. Dogma? Hipster heaven! Industrial look a like location, 12 beers on tap and great rock music played. Simple "craft beer" interior. Outdoor seating. Friendly service. We did not eat here but the menu was tempting. One of the best craft beer places in Belgrade. (Visited October 6th 2019 with Gunnar)“

“A nice surprise! We had to add this place at RateBeer. English styled look a like pub with lots of taps. Long, narrow bar to the right when you enter. More seating in the inner section and upstairs. 4 beers from Gvint on tap, other Serbian craft beers and 8 macro beers. Flight (Tester) available, otherwise 30 cl or 50 cl. There was a beer brewed for this pub by BIP. Very friendly service and international pop and rock played: Jimmy Hendrix, Greta van Fleet, Billy F. Gibbons. We really enjoyed our stay here. “Opens 12.00 a Sunday morning? Nope! We had to wait, which seemed normal in Belgrade. Pubs do not always open according to information at Google, Facebook or even written information on the door. Do not bother show up to early. Tip: if you arrive and Gvint is not open, pay a visit in the nearby cafe and play ground, yhey had two Gvint beers on tap. Gvint Brewery is a modern brewpub in a run down, hipster-industrial area. Worth a visit but do not expect world class beers. (Visited October 6th 2019 with Gunnar)“

“Our first beer stop this "late" Sunday morning. Fine restaurant with a bar area. 10 taps, brewery name only on pump clips and no beer menu available. Why! Bottles from Kabinet visible in shelves at the right side of the bar. Friendly service. Balalaika-style music played and Tom Jones songs in Serbian. “Late night boozer near our hotel. Spacious pub with a nightclub downstairs. Tried three beers from Black Turtle: Lager, Blueberry and strawberry. No information about ABV. Friendly service and pop/rock music played (The Cars, Pink Floyd, Blondie, Dusty Springfield...) My nightcap? A local Slivovice before crushing down in our narrow bed at the hotel. “Nice location for this basement bar. Rustique and rather worn interior but cozy. Green leather and wooden stools and sofas. Friendly service and not very smoky. Serbian rock music played. “Holy smoke! I guess those chicks working here will get cancer before their hair turn naturally grey. But, beware! Smoking is alloved in all pubs in Beograd so a late evening visit can be a pain in the lungs. Enough complaining about HSE! Beer? Oh yes, Gunners pub is a great craft beer destination. 16 beers on tap and a couple of fridges with bottles and cans. No problem finding Serbian craft beers here. Verified Untappd venue. Basement bar with several rooms. Limited seating outside. Taplist on blackboard outside right by the entrance. Nice! But, as most of the pubs and bars in Beograd, cash only! “Visited on a lazy sunday morning . Modern place in a courtyard at the old industrial part of town. 5 beers on tap , you can also get 2 different tasting trays, 3 x 0,15 for 250 rsd, or 4 x 0,15 for 350 rsd. Bottles for take away as well, beers are nothing special, but well worth a visit. Visited with Bryne 6.10.19“
