70 /100 HASELBACH 22 We came here on 17.10.2021. This place is going through a big transformation. The old owner sold the brewery and the restaurant earlier this year. The new team has already improved and stabilized the beer quality. A lot of great ideas will be implemented in the near future. One of them is to open a Bräustübel more independent from the restaurant (large room on the right side). 3 beers are available already: Helles, Weissbier, Märzen. The Helles we had was up to the regional standard. Open fermentation is used here. A beautiful copper brewhouse in the middle of the restaurant area is the highlight. Looking forward to visit this place soon again. |
