“Some history here. The place burned to the ground in 2017 and reopened in 2018 with a brand new building on the same site. All the prior reviews other than handsomejn are for the old place. I wish I had seen it. Sounds neat. Luckily things have improved here. Nice 1-2 punch in Egg Harbor with One Barrel being within walking distance. Bright an open. Pretty busy when I got to the brewery about 130. Sat at the bar. Goodprices on beer, food prices are okay. 2 flights, tax, tip, turkey wrap with side salad was about $33. Not bad for Door Co. Food was okay but could have used some seasoning. Lots of beer options including high and low gravity and a large assortment of styles, if not terribly exciting. but everyone was properly distanced. Masks required unless eating / drinking. I'll be happy when that last sentence is no longer relevant. Soon, hopefully. Beer was all pretty approachable. Nothing too exciting, but all drinkable and no noticeable flaws. Hung out with the brewer who I happen to know from Virginia. That was fun. He's grown with his own skills and he's done a lot to clean up the brewery. Never been here before but it seems like it's moving in the right direction beer wise. Service was mixed, but that's only because they were under-staffed. The bartender who was there was friendly, helpful, and was hauling ass. She could have easily benefited from a bar back and they both would have been busy. Overall, nice stop. It's rare when a place that's been open so long suddenly changes for the better, but, it shows what a fresh perspective can do.“

“Big open place. Good social distancing practice. Pizza place inside. Technically a separate visit. Roman style pizzas. Tasty. Huge patio outside. Sub-32 so I didn't go out but I could see the 2-way bar opens to the patio. Bet its fantastic in the summer. Bartender was nice. 14 beers on tap. Quality very good. Prices decent. Decent selection of beer and swag to go. Nice stop.“

“Charming grocery store. General grocery. Very nice staff. Beer in a few places. Not much of a BYO single selection but a small one is there. Nice selection overall, and good representation of local breweries. Prices are high, but it's Door Co, a tourist trap as well as remote, so... Not worth going out of your way, but if you're in Door Co it's across the street from One Barrel and Shipwrecked is also in town.“

“Corporate feel. Beers were probably pretty good, but could not taste them due to the waitress' cologne. Food was very good.“

“You can tell a lot about a brewery just by looking at the brewing space. Here it was unkept and dusty. All brew taste the same , one note cascade hops no matter what style (all over hopped). WI has good beer just not here!!!!!!! Food was slow and sub par also .“

“Had dinner at an outside table which we were able to select due to the setting sun. We settled in with a beer, there were four of us and had three of their beers. They were all drinkable, but that’s the best I can say. My beer was their IPA, it had a nice nose, which did not live up to the taste. We have no complaints about the service, but my wife’s shrimp wasn’t cooked or else the shrimp was too wet when it was breaded. My club wrap was dry and the coleslaw was like pulp. I could not of find the cabbage in the coleslaw even if my life depended on it. Pass this place and eat at the Wild Tomato in Fish Creek.“

“This is the best place in Door County to buy beer. The selection goes from craft all the way to hard to find imports. They are always changing and bring in new and exciting things.“

“By far the largest selection of Craft Beer in all of Door County. In fact, they have probably around 200 different beer choices (including macros), but sometimes you do have to seek all of them out. Fun little treasure hunt for beer junkies. When you are there in the summer and need help searching for beer, be sure to ask for Sam!!! Overall, one of Door Counties great little treasures.“

“A quaint little brewpub in a bustling metropolis of 250 people. Nice view of the bay from the outdoor seating. Food was good, beer was ok. If you’re in Door County, stop in, but don’t go out of your way. Only 6 or so beers on tap at a time, and most are rather forgettable. But growlers make for better campfires.“

“Small brewpub in the center of Egg Harbor. I’ll start by saying that I was less than impressed with the beer. The Summer Wheat and Porter were decent, but other than that everything was utterly forgettable. The food was okay, but I didn’t come across anything that you wouldn’t find at most fast food joints. It was not very busy and the service was good.“

“This place is utter shit. One fo the brews I had herethe porterwas quite good, but it was barely worth the overpriced, pretentious, kitschy atmosphere of this place. The service was shit, spending time with the tourists was shit, the foodwhile passablewas slow to arrive, and the beer was overall boring as a dog’s ass. The ONLY thing to recommend this place is that it is the only micro in Door county.“

“The first thing u see when u enter the brewery is the chrome bumper/tool holder type material on top of the tables. The food was pretty tasty but I thought the brews were pretty lackluster but there are slim pickings for micro/good beer up there. The service was pretty good by the younger wait staff. Overall a pretty decent place to eat and drink.“

“I’ve been to Shipwrecked a few times while in Door County, and I have been dissapointed every time. The food is OK.. average pub grub. The beer just isn’t very good.. all watered down, accessible stuff that doesn’t cater to beer geeks at all. The last time I was there, I was looking forward to the Oatmeal Stout, which was on the menu... according to our waiter (who asked someone), they still had this beer, but replaced it with a crappy pumpkin beer.. they HAD IT, BUT WOULDN’T SERVE IT to me!! I can’t recommend the place, but if you’re looking for beer in the area, you don’t have a lot of options.“

“I stopped by here when I was in Door County, and found a surprisingly decent selection of beer and booze. This was a nice grocery store with everything else I needed, and the service was friendly. This place wasn’t great, but it’s about your best option for beer in the area.“

“I’ve been here a couple times in recent years and have yet to be disappointed. Very good pub/restaurant food, particularly the chicken sandwich or any salad. The cherry wheat beer stands out in my mind, although every beer I’ve sampled here has been good to great. There’s a great backstory to Shipwrecked including a haunting by Al Capone’s son. Staff reports doors opening and closing on their own....creepy stuff. A quaint bed-and-breakfast with an unsettled feel, should be a must stop on every Door County vacation for its beer, food, and folklore.“

“I grew up in Door County and get there often. After hearing about the Main Street Market, I had to check it out for myself. Sure enough, the selection is very nice. I was able to find things there that aren’t even available in Appleton or Green Bay. An example is the Great Lakes lineup....Elliot Ness, Edmund Fitzgerald, etc. I’ve never seen these locally but they are available in a town with less than 500 people. Go figure. Nice selection of craft beers and imports. Must be over a hundred different beers in all (including macros). Picked up a Rogue Old Crustacean and a Rogue I2PA. I didn’t really know what to enter for service since I never looked for help because I didn’t need any. Besides, this is a fairly busy grocery store for a small town. If I wanted help, it’s pretty likely I’d have had to go search for it. Some prices were a little high and others pretty much right on. I wish there was another price option for "average" I actually think this falls between reasonable and a bit pricey. All in all, I’d consider this a diamond in the rough. A hidden gem that you’d never expect to find in a town this size. If you’re going to Door County and find yourself in the bayside town of Egg Harbor, you have to check this place out. I good place to stock up if you’re on your way up to vacation in America’s Air Conditioned playgroud. “

“This beer tastes like it was brewed with unfiltered water from nearby Green Bay. Too bad, the building and location are perfect for this type of business. The food was average pub fare, nothing to rave about.“

“Good place to hit during the offseason when it is basically dead. During the summer I suspect this place might be packed with tourists.

The beer is fairly average. Nothing stood out among their five offerings as exceptional but the cherry wheat is worth a try.

If you come here for food, try the chili. The other options were standard brewpub fare - not bad but once again nothing to get excited about.

Overall, a pretty nice place to visit but one I am unlikely to return to when going back to Door County.“
