82 /100 63 BANDY CREEK ROAD
“Lucky Bay Brewing moved to their new modern premises on Bandy Creek Road in November 2019. Here there is a family-friendly and pet-friendly venue and, under a curved corrugated iron roof there is a large open undercover area and a smaller open inside area, both areas having adequate seating. Inside at the bar there are taps pouring their own beer (sometimes though they are out of product for short periods) made right next door to where you are served. Tasty, fresh beers are available in 285ml (most at $5.50), and pints (570ml; $11) and are competitively priced compared with the majors that are available on tap in town. Own choice tasters are also available (4 x 170ml at $12.50) while a 1l can of any tap beer can be canned on-site and taken away for about $15 (some of the local Esperance bottle-shops stock Lucky Bay beers). Due to licencing conditions, wine and cider may only be consumed while seated and dining. Food (wood-fired pizza) is usually available.“
