“Brand new cidery with hardly any contact information and a score for "Ambiance" is not fair to give. Nothing is ready, except their cider! But, the view from the cidery is amazing. I had made an appointment and they were both waiting for me when I arrived. Super friendly service, I felt like a VIP! I really enjoyed my stay here. Another must visit stop in Hardanger. “Beware, the steep gravel road leading up to the cidery almost requires four-wheel drive. But, my old car managed to reach the parking without any trouble. Amazing view of the fjord! It was a bit chaotic and cramped conditions at Harding Sideri at my visit, but the foundation wall of a new building is under construction. A new building with facilities for both production and sales will be finished sometime in 2022. Very friendly service from the owner Jan Ove Nes. Harding Sideri is pure organic production. Their cider can be found at Vinmonopolet. Some bottles ciders, an alcohol free and fermented cider (apple juice..) and som cherries was traded. Nice place. (Visited July 30th 2021)“
