Their equipment was made by a guy in the area, and this was his first attempt, so it looked very rustic. Open fermentation. The only thing really automated was the small bottling line (for plastic bottles). They gave us a few bottles from the line that we sipped while sitting in a small anteroom, there is no tasting room of any kind. A worthwhile stop for our first farmhouse brewery.“ |
