78 /100 Benny’s Cask Ale Pub (Bar) 46 JERUSALEM ST. I wish we"ll have such a pub at my location |
68 /100 HaMartef Shel Rozner (Beer Store) YOHANAN HASANDLAR 2 One can find here a good selection of beers, including local craft and also brewing equipment and materials. They also have nice small festivals once in a while. |
64 /100 Mashkaot HaTurki (Beer Store) 4 HASHITA ST. A liqueur store with several beer shelves (but mainly wine, whiskey, etc.), including some local craft beer. Several beers, which can be found in other stores, cannot be found there. |
76 /100 Jem's Hatzar HaShuk (Bar) GIBOREI YISRA'EL ST 4 Jem's bar in at a great location, at the Hatzar HaShuk market. Cosy place with several taps of Jem's . The food (kosher) is simple and nice. Warm place to hang out with friends and family. |
68 /100 Beer Garden Kfar Saba (Bar) 207 WEIZMANN ST. A beer garden inside the G mall. A wide hall with long wood benches. They have several usual taps and their own wheat beer - Brösch. |
64 /100 Benny’s Cask Ale Pub (Bar) 46 JERUSALEM ST. Nice homey pub, 3 beers on cask, a new cask with different beer was opened when one was finished, pizza is available from a nearby place, delivered and paid for in the bar. Peanuts and homemade pickles also available |
84 /100 Benny’s Cask Ale Pub (Bar) 46 JERUSALEM ST. My favored pub, without a doubt. It’s a small, quiet and friendly neighborhood pub with warm and pleasant atmosphere. The first - and so far the only - place in Israel to serve cask ales. Two almost-daily changing cask ales and few more Israeli craft bottles. Sometimes they serve pizza, cheese, pickles and other snacks. Benny and his guys are fun to talk to. Actually, every visit reminds me London’s pubs, but this one is in my town. Don’t miss the experience. |
74 /100 Benny’s Cask Ale Pub (Bar) 46 JERUSALEM ST. First and currently only place in Israel to serve cask ale. Small bar in a pedestrian area. Quiet place with a long wooden bar. Some chips and basic bar snacks. 2 Taps with rotating local Israeli craft selection, casks changes daily. Very much worth a visit. |
86 /100 Benny’s Cask Ale Pub (Bar) 46 JERUSALEM ST. My fave new place in Israel that *almost* makes me regret ever leaving suburbia! 2 hand-pump casks, gherkins for the vegans(hummus nearby, falafel within a short walking distance), grumpy locals, beer lovers, football fans and occasional others gather around the bar. Beer served in English pint/ half-pint, so price is relatively similar to beer elsewhere in the area.

80 /100 Benny’s Cask Ale Pub (Bar) 46 JERUSALEM ST. Small pub in Kfar Saba center, really on "off the beaten track", far away from noisy Tel Aviv area. Two changing taps from cask with Israeli craft beers plus some bottles with local beers as well. Great people and service. A bit expensive but worth every penny. Nice please to visit, most of the time the beers are good, and if you are lucky many times are great. Following facebook updates is recommended. |
72 /100 Benny’s Cask Ale Pub (Bar) 46 JERUSALEM ST. A tiny, cosy, neighborhood bar with a twist - first place in Israel to serve cask ale. Tap selection changes with each new cask - always a different Israeli craft beer. If you can’t find anything you like on tap, there are always some decent local craft bottles. More taps are in the planning. Service was good the couple of times I was there and pricing is pretty much the same as everywhere else. Overall - mostly recommended for local beer lovers who want to try cask versions of the Israeli micro-brews, but no matter where you’re from, if you’re into craft beer and in the area of Kfar Saba - don’t miss it. |
76 /100 Benny’s Cask Ale Pub (Bar) 46 JERUSALEM ST. A small spartan looking place in a pedestrianized street in the centrer of Kfar Saba. two hand pumps changing regularly and a nice selection of bottled Israeli micros. Cask ale is in the fore here and everything else takes second place. Relaxed atmosphere great fro chatting over a few pints.
May it prosper. |
