“After making a visit to the local grocery store I made some time to visit here to pick up locals before returning to the hotel. The selection balances a nice diversity of regional Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut fare with more national brands. Prices seems a bit on the high side though that was balanced by the sighting of some rarer bottles that I had not seen anywhere else.

I'd recommend this as one of the better shops in the Berkshires if you do not have time to go further afield and need a few singles to tide you over until you can get a larger city like Springfield or Albany.“

“Comfortable Tapas bar, with decent no. of taps and extensive bottle list. Service was fast and friendly. Taps were mostly local beers, plus a few from further afield. Only had the cheese plate here but some of the cheeses were really good. Only ordered draft beers, the price of which were OK (some bottles looked quite pricey though). Pretty decent place, with the best beer selection of any bar in town.“

“Well laid out drinks store, with big selection of wine, beer and spirits. Beer selection includes both foreign (decent selection of Belgian stuff) and domestic products, with some limited releases and rare stuff. Biggest selection in the area. Prices seemed slightly higher than elsewhere that I visited in New England.“

“Cosy bistro in centre of town. Service was good. Tap list has some macros and some (mostly local) micros. Food was interesting, of good quality and well presented but a bit pricey in my opinion. Not worth coming here for the beer alone but if you decide to eat here then you should find something decent enough to accompany the food.“

“Surprised this one isnt on here yet. Very small, cozy place with 8 very thoughtful choices on tap (went there 7/2/15 and the list was Sour Monkey, Braumeister Pils, Petrus Aged Pale, Evil Twin Femme Fatale Blanc de blanc, Founders Breakfast Stout, Lagunitas Undercover Shutdown, Ballast Point Even Keel and one other). Massive bottle list is well thought out and spans a good array with some, if not quite rare, very interesting and semi-hard to find stuff. Prices are excellent on the bottles. Had a Cuvee Rene for $16 and almost got a Cascade Blueberry for $32 (think ive seen it more expensive in a liquor store). Phenomenal food as well. Havent been to Moe’s or Old Forge in 6 or so years, but this has to be in the top 3 best beer bars in the Berkshires along with those other two, assuming those are still good. Definitely hit this place up if youre in the area and try to go off-peak hours (not between 7-9) as it’s VERY crowded and small.“

“This store recently changed its name from Nejaimes to Spirited. There is still a Nejaimes in downtown Lenox that has a beer selection that is anemic compared to this location. I stopped in here while on vacation last week with the family for supplies. Right on the main drag into Lenox this store sits up on a little hill in the back side of the building. Small in size, but packed with lots of beery goodness this shop did not lack in volume of product. I chatted the beer guy up and manged to obtain a Founders Mango Magnifico that I was unable to find in my locale. Large selection of warm bottles in the isle opposite the 8 door beer cooler. Some nice Belgian and imports are represented as well as some great domestics. Service was pretty great, I’m sure if I talked a bit more I could have found some more backroom goodies, but I was after all with my family. Pricing was a bit high even for a MA establishment, but I would imagine that is expected in the Berkshires. I’m glad I stopped and would not hesitate to shop there again if I find myself in the area.“

“This place is legit. It is a liquor store but the beer selection is enough to make even seasoned raters happy. Lots of domestic, plenty of MA local, good selection of imports. Prices are very good. There is also a nice array of foods available, such as cheeses and cured meats. It is worth going out of your way to visit this place.“

“Based on previous comments, I think Nejaime’s has really stepped up their beer stocking. When I went, I was really, really, really impressed by the diversity and depth of their imported (Belgians especially) and regional brews. A very friendly and helpful beer manager talked with me at length about Pretty Things and talked through a few of their incoming and outgoing seasonals. I could have spent an hour in hour but was excited enough by the 10 minutes I did spend to make sure that this is a must stop on my next trip.“

“Nejaime’s is more of a high end wine store. They do have a wide selection of beer, especially imports, but I truly wonder how long the bottles sit on the shelf. I would rather go to a local bar where I know the high end beers are fresh.“

“This place seems to be a wine store first and foremost, but it does have a liquor aisle and a small, but decent, beer selection including some Belgians, and lots of local and smaller micros from around the country. The staff is very knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. Plus they have a great cheese selection as well.“
