“Cozy place with 5 carefully selected Portugese craft beers and several bottles; worth visiting, though it requires a bit of climbing - but that's normal in Lisbon“

“Great atmosphere and 35 beers on tap: 9 of their own, another 20 from other Portugeze craft breweries and a good selection of Belgian (St Bernardus 4, kasteel IPA and tripel and gulden draak 9000) and German (Ayinger ones) beers; definitely worth visiting“

“In Lisbon, after a walk up a bunch of staircases! There are a couple outdoor tables, indoor as well. They have up to 9 taps, a couple of these might be guest taps. Perhaps not the most exciting list (pils, blonde, white stout, apa, stout). Beer was good, maybe not great. But a nice stop.“

“Brewpub/bar in Lisbon. On a side street, slightly away from the super touristy areas. Mostly indoor seating, a few outdoor tables. They make their own beer and had 8 styles available. Then they have a large amount of Portuguese taps, about 17. Wide variety of breweries and styles. They also had 6 “world beers” - nothing special (Paulaner Helles, some Brewdog, Delirium Tremens, Gulden Draak). Nice place to get a bunch of Portuguese beers and they offer 3 size options.“

“A bit of a climb to get to! A small beer bar in Lisbon. Chill atmosphere, pretty empty to be honest. They had 11 taps all but one from Portugal. Pretty good beers - had a NEIPA, Gose, sour, and saison. Definitely enjoyed my time here, but prepare yourself for the trek!“

“Small beer bar in Lisbon, near the Se Cathedral. Open air, some small and longer tables. A little confusing at first, but you order at the bar. They had 12 taps of Portugal beers. We tried 4 of them, nothing particularly stood out, though they were fine to drink. They have small plates of food (didn’t have any but smelled good!). Ok stop, but beer was average.“

“A great selection of beer both on tap and available for purchase in cans and bottles. The lighting is a bit on the dark side with limited seating it is aptly named as Russian seems to be the predominant language spoken.“

“Sunday 10th December 2023, Auntie Sue, Margie and I are in Lisbon for cruise stop (not long at all). This is the only place on my list that was actually open during our short stay, so I bit the bullet and we sat outside the place and I had a couple of new rates from bottles while they drank wine. Didn't go round the museum but did pop my head inside and the ground floor of the place is impressive. Prices a bit heavy for Portugal, but it is in a plush tourist area I suppose. So this is my only Lisbon review, hope to see more of the city and review some more places before too long.“

“Visited after Queen Ale recommendation, 13th December 23. It was only a short distance from there and then a quick walk to Sputnik. The place was busy on this Wednesday evening, it really is tiny, a few chairs, and in the right there is the brew tanks visible through a glass partition, which was quite cool. At the back of the room is the bar, where the brewer himself was serving the beers, from 10 taps. Half of the beers are Lispoa and a few guests. The chap was very pleasant and the beers were decent, including a kolsch and 3 IPAs, a pale. Worth checking out“

“Visited with Matthijs, 29th October 23. It was a Sunday afternoon and the place was dead. Inside it didn’t smell very nice, we ordered a beer, from a decent list and sat outside, also had some food which was nice. I heard after that this is a party Place later in the evenings. Personally I preferred Musa de Bica, in the centre, and it’s not worth a special trip to Marvila, unless combined with Fermentage and Dois Corvos, as we did.“

“Visited here on Sunday 29th October 23, with Matthijs, it’s near To Dois Corvos and Musa, the area is a bit sketchy, being around the old port, but seemed safe enough, we went in the afternoon, which is quiet, evenings are when this rejuvenated area comes alive from what we heard. The place inside is modern and nicely done, there is a very small terrace with barrels to stand around. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and there’s a connection to DeMoersleutel, one of the beers was on tap. The rest of the beers were pretty much their own and a good selection of innovative styles. Small pours and a beer flight available with 6 beers. Beers included a west coast ipa with Brett, a stout with pink peppercorn, some sours. Really worth checking out, if probably go on the evening“

“Visited 29th October 23, with Colin and Matthijs, Sunday evening and a very wet one. This is a quirky and cosy cave like venue, warm and comfortable, a good selection of their own brews, again quirky, but decent beers, about 12 on tap I think, and they did smaller 200 measures. It was fun, worth checking out.“

“Visited here with Matthijs, Tuesday afternoon 31st October 23, 4 hours before my flight home took off. The place is nice inside, small bar, 12 taps all local or at least Portuguese and a good selection of styles, we had 5 half pints and some sardine brushetta which was delicious. Delightful and friendly barmaid, who was happy to give some tasters. It got a little busier and then I remembered I had to catch the flight, we could have stayed for longer. Worth a visit for sure“

“Visited, 28th October 23, I was on the way to Libeerdade, and saw this place, had to go in. They have a self service tap list of around 16 taps, you charge a card and serve any measure, so good for trying a few, the beers ranged from poor to pretty decent, the more decent ones were more expensive, there was a love band and good atmosphere, food looked good too.“

“Nice airy place with quite a bit of indoor seating and a couple of tables outside. Definitely a ways outside the Lisbon tourist areas, but accessible via a 20 minute bus ride. El Corte Ingles (Lisboa) (Grocery Store)
AVENIDA ANTONIO AUGUSTO AGUIAR 31
“Big supermarket away from the touristy area, but on top of the metro station (so easily reachable). First there are two places where you should look for beers: first the grocery store on the ground floor - it had excellent selection by Lisbon supermarket standards. The other shop is located on the top floor, it has some fancy wines and whiskeys and also fancier (and more expensive) selection of foreign craft. If you have time to visit only one supermarket in Lisboa, then this should be a top priority as it has the best beer selection in town.“

Mix Markt Lisboa (Grocery Store)
AVENIDA DE BRASIL 90C
“Randomly stumbled upon this place. Nowadays it is Ukrainian store (most products are from Ukraine, some Russian, and Polish thrown in). It is quite far away from the center, but still easily reachable by public transport. Big selection of kvass (read: like 10+ different bottles), a big selection of Baltika bottles (brewed in Ukraine). Kvass selection is the reason why this place really deserves to be in rb. Even in Estonia it will be difficult to find a shop that has selection this big! Must visit if you're hunting either kvass or Baltika ticks (or Eastern European style food), otherwise can be skipped.“

“Tiny beer shop located a bit away from most touristy area, still walkabale distance like most places in Lisboa. 1 tap and bunch of bottles and cans. “Small beer bar near the oceanria. Few taps, 2 basqueland, paulaner and and delirium red + a couple of macros. Fridge is full of foreing craft, some I haven't seen in any other place in Lisbon.nTap beer price was fair, but not cheap, didn't ask about the others. Service was ok, although very limited English. It is worth stoping by when you are in the area and want a little walk with beer in the end. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.“

“Small bar, bit out of the way compared to other places, but still center by Lisboa standards and easily reachable by the metro green line. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced flights (19E = 10 beers). 10 taps total, selection of cans and bottles also available. I quite enjoy the vibe here, nice and relaxed without an effort.. Note: there was other place with the same name, and they existed at the same time for some time. The other location closed in March 2023.“

“Cellar bar some way away from other central places. 12 of their own beers on tap. Good to ok service. Flights offered, but the portions are big (200ml). 4x200ml will set you back 10E, so not too bad (the usual Lisboa rate is 4x or 5x100ml=10E). Good music, I like the vibe her, but not essential to visit.“

“Small bar opposite of "Craft Corner" (not to be confused with Crafty Corner, which is located in different part of the City). This is a bit away from beaten paths. Friendly owner, ok prices, maybe a bit on the higher side. 5 taps available, 3 of them boring (delirium, erdinger, sierra nevada hazy little thing) and 2 crafts, both ticks to me. Bottles and cans are also mix of more known stuff and local craft.. Worth stepping in when in the area, but otherwise don't bother.“

“Small tap room, not far from touristy area, but will need some serious climbing.. other options are bus or the famous tram 28.. Friendly guy at the bar and showed actually some interest beyond serving a beer... Reasonable prices (5 beers taster with some strong dark ones set me back about 11e). Selection limited to their own 10 taps and some bottles. I like the vibe of this place, but getting here was a bit of the hustle.. and strictly speaking there are better places for a ticker..“

“Small bar, still what I would say near touristy area. Again be ready to climb.. 10 taps and more bottles and cans, Kernel and some international things on tap, but mostly Portuguese craft. Rather uninspired selection (read: the same local tap beers are available elsewhere). Prices on the higher side. The pasty was delicious. Ok to step in, when in the area and don't mind the climb, but honestly I wouldn't bother otherwise.“

“Tiny beer bar tucked away under stairs of the train station. Not easist to find, but google was reasonably accurate. 8 taps, mostly ticky. Bigger selection in cans and bottles. No flights. “Beer bar in the touristy area. About 30 taps, 8 of their own ( one of them was finished). About 18 of them Portugese (addition to their own ones). Flights offered of their own beers, but 5 beers sets you back 13E, which is more than 5x20cl of their beers (unless you take 5x the most expensive one, but then you can take full pour, which is cheaper than 13e)... So pointless and rather expensive flight. That being said otherwise tap beer prices are kind of standard Lisboa ones, so not too expensive. Service is friendly. Ok place to visit. Update: went there 2nd time, service was a bit shit, just ignoring me after basically forcing the table service ( i wanted to sit at bar). Also the waiter forgot my water. Points removed from the service, also some beers are either off or not in good condition.“

“Opens rather early , so that's a plus. Close to other beery places in the touristy area. Expect a small climb at least to get there. Tap list is very boring, but you may still find a tick (for example they had the expensive BA delirium on tap with reasonable price ... In theory because the keg was out when i was there). Friendly service, although a bit slow. Prices on the expensive side. Bottle list is also mostly widely available stuff, but has a couple of interesting things. No flights. Ok place to wait till more interesting places open..“

“Craft beer bar near some other places in the very center... Be prepared to climb! 7 taps, 6 are on... 5 beers on their flight. 10E for 5 beer flight, so kind of the regular Lisbon price. Ok service, beers in ok condition. Beers are quite random, so honestly this wouldn't be my top priority in Lisbon. Note from what I understand the beers are not brewed there, hence it is not brewpub, just brewery's taproom“

“Craft bar near central musa location,10 taps, claims to be mostly their own stuff.. i have hard time believing it (they claim that these are collabs with van steenberg and their own recipes, to me it tasted more like at least some beers are just renamed/relabeled for them and not unique recipes), but if they are gypsies who knows... Service is decent prices on the higher side, but not terribly bad. Food is ok, expected way more from "gastropub". Worth a visit when in the area as you can get easily bunch of ticks.“
