“This is a large, rambling pub beautifully situated in a valley above Woolacombe Bay. The front garden area with seating is a sun trap in the afternoon and is a very pleasant place to be. However it is part of a large holiday complex and gets a little overrun by children in the play area. The Sunday dinners were very popular on my visit. Mostly easy to find beers on cask but with one notable exception with a pull reserved for small local micros, got a new brewery in there.“
