“It has amazing views of Mt Hood and the valley. The brews are good. I tried the burrito and it was pretty dang delicious. Well worth a visit and more.“

“16 miles of the interstate, this brewery had one of the most stunning views I've had a a brewery, unfettered view of Mt Hood. Bets are all solid too. Please take the time to go up the mountain, it's worth it. Friendly staff and amazing beet garden. Food available. Best. Location. Ever..“

“Really nice small place. The interior is a small bar, had a nice looking menu. The outside area is roped off and some of small compared to the vast expanse south of it at least, but the view of Mt. Hood is amazing. Great service. The sours were very good. I was pretty surprised how good in fact. Great place. Easy to get to from Hood River.“

“Great stop when traveling between Mt Hood and Hood River. In fact we were doing a craft tour of Hood River when we made a spur of the moment decision to visit Solera before sunset. We are glad we did...arrived just at sunset and we were able to get some great pictures of Mt Hood from Solera’s back deck and yard. I have to say (as other’s have)...their beers are not that special and certainly not numerous...but the staff is great...the ambiance inside and out is special (especially when you can see the mountain)...and the quirkiness of the place and town of Parkdale...for me at least...makes Solera a must visit.“

“Visited on Thursday. Took some notes. Small little place in the secluded town of Parkdale. (Where you can tell they had big plans with the terminus of the railroad.) Decent tap list, but I have been here on a couple of occasions, and there are sometimes too few home drafts. They provide free popcorn, which is a major plus. Service is good and prices are fair - I suppose the latter could be a touch cheaper, but again, secluded Parkdale. I keep visiting, so I think this is worth your time, but it’s still missing something which I keep hoping they’ll fix.“

“Stopped by Solera on 24/05/13 on the way from Bend to Hood River at around 12.30 mid day. 1 smallish room carrying 8 taps, 6 own, 2 guests. There is a small patio area out back with a couple of benches giving great views over the landscape. Only 4 other folks were here aside from our group. The other folks were all eating and the food looked tasty. Service was prompt and friendly, house beers were decent , $1.50 samples or a pint for $4 so good vfm. Worth stopping by if in the area. Some old time steam railway just up the street literally 5 houses away which you could take in if you feel the need to mix standard tourist stuff with the beer thang.“

“A beautiful drive from Hood River towards Mt. Hood takes you to this quaint little brewpub with 8 taps, 5 of which were by Solera, and 3 of which were guest taps. Wasn’t overly impressed with the beer quality, though a couple I’d certainly have again if offered. Good service and pricing, and the food looked good too despite not having any. Worth a stop if in the area.“
