“This production facility is open by appointment or by invitation - the Yellow site has a bunch of photos of sessions held there. Owner Tadeja kindly made arrangements for me to meet brewer Vid who let me look around and try some beers from the fermenter and their warehouse. The 500 liter brewery is in a 100 year old former military building, in a large compound that manufactured nitrogen. The building is very tal, and has an even taller water tower next door. My interest was in their spontaneously fermented beers, which they do by fermenting the wort in barrels, and they can be tasted at various festivals (especially sour festivals) around Europe. They do have a small taproom at the front of the brewery, but it's not being used as far as I can tell. Nice place, nice people in a picturesque small town. Interestingly, the nearest place you can find their beer is in Maribor, twenty minutes east.“
